I was so well taken care of on Sunday, 5-18-25, when my tire on my Mazda Miata would not maintain air above 9 psi. I was very stressed as I was on vacation, from the Orlando area, and did not know where to turn late on a Sunday at about 4:00 in the afternoon. James thoroughly checked my tires and there was no nail found! Thankful!! When I first arrived, Manager Degenhardt was very courteous and explained thoroughly the procedure and what the cost would be if nail was found. Dropped off a trailer tire and wheel to replace the tire earlier this morning, go back to pick up the wheel with the new tire installed and when going to pay they LIE and say new company policy is CASH only for "carry out items" meaning anything not installed on a vehicle is to be paid cash . Didn't meantion this when i dropped the tire off earlier, I've never heard of this before as I've dropped many wheels and tires here before and paid with a credit card . I called another location and they said this was not the case to bring the wheel to them and they can install it and i can pay however I want. Very concerning that they would lie about a "company policy" that doesn't seem to exist. I will be calling corporate and letting them know of this bogus policy the homestead location is trying to implement. read more

My tire picked up a nail on the way to work. My tires were old and run down. I decided to buy two new ones. I was given several choices by the salesman and I found the bill to be fair. The mechanic was very helpful on answering my questions about gadgets on my new car dashboard (because I failed to read the manual) and was very friendly. Bonus! I got to work ON TIME! I have been buying tires from Tire Kingdom for many years at different locations and I have had good experiences at all. The Naranja Florida location was wonderful. I will buy there again. I went to this auto repair shop shortly after I moved to the Florida area. I agreed to have my brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as get a brake fluid exchange and oil change done. They also had tried to convince me that I needed new tires, new battery, new windshield, new windshield wipers, both front and rear, new air conditioning system, and filters, new tire sensor light, and a few other minor parts replaced. I declined all other repairs. A few short weeks after I had the repairs done I've noticed my car was still not operating properly. I decided to take my car to the dealership to get a second opinion. The dealership informed me that all parts that this tire repair shop had claimed to replace had not been replaced. That they had either used old or faulty parts to repair the vehicle or they had not put new parts on at all. They also do not honor any warranty on any parts. We work too hard for our money to have it stolen from us by shady businesses with an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Please do not take any of your vehicle concerns to the shop. They are frauds and scammers. read more

Don't be fooled by good reviews. I have been a customer at this location for 15 years. There service was usually pretty good. My family has 5 vehicles, so we've been great customers for them over these years. Recently Tire Kingdom has changed ownership, and the service is terrible. Went today to have my tires rotated and there were 2 service reps on duty. One, behind the counter with no customers present, asked what I needed...I told him just a tire rotation...he said he would be right with me. He then got on the phone making a call to check on parts requirements for another customer...he waited on hold for several minutes and then went over the various brake parts, brake pads and rotors for that customer's vehicle. After hanging up the phone he made the comment to the other service rep that after the call he lost all of the info on the computer...at this point I had been waiting 25 minutes, with my wife waiting in the parking lot. I asked if I could just leave the car. His response was "I'll be with you when I'm done with what I'm working on"... I said I'm pressed for time, just want to leave the car with you...Again he said "not until I'm finished" I said thanks and see-yah! I went south, one block away to another Tire and Auto shop and received super-fast excellent customer service...dropped off the vehicle and was out in 5 minutes...received a call and quote 30 minutes later and obviously have a new go to for tires and such. Tried to leave this review on Tire Kingdom's website but conveniently for them, there is no place to leave a review...no wonder their reviews all so good. read more

I go here every time I need a new tire! in my recent visit I had a new car, but they could find out the tires I had purchased previously that I liked to install on the new one. I noticed a leak in a tire on a rental car I was using to drive down to the keys with. I stopped in and asked if they could remove the nail and patch it. Oscar was the kindest gentleman who took my car right in and explained to me that he would get me back on the road quickly. 10 minutes later he showed me there were actually 3 different types of nails in the rental car tire, but that they would take care of it for the original quote for one. Was in desperate need for new tires pronto. Checked online and even groupon but surprisingly, TK has the best sales price. They also had a great price for a synthetic oil change( put ALOT of mileage on my car). So I made an appointment which was done so easily over the phone. I arrived and my car was taken in less than 10 mins. Inside they had a TV with the remote so you have the power in what to watch while you wait. They also had free water and coffee. Items like chips, cookies. sodas, and other snacks were available for purchase through the vending machine. The wait area was comfortable and had black comfy seats and magazines and pamphlets to read. There was also a clean bathroom. The employees here were all great and kind. They didn't try to upsale me on anything and were honest with pricing for other mechanical issues I had questions about. Don't come here for tires, they will intentionally break the bolts after installing new tires. After I purchased new tires I had to change my lower control arms as they wanted to do the job I quickly denied their services cause of their RAPING prices. When I removed my front tires both tires had bolts missing. One on each side. I did my thing as I know what I was doing with the help of a Mechanic in the family he explained to me what places like this do. I went back and left my car for over 6 hours for them to fix and address their issue with my missing bolts. One of the managers told me it was a tough job and only replaced one after admitting and accepting the fact it was a rookie mistake and then falsely informed me that I installed wrong parts to my car! Which in reality I needed new shocks after installing new control arms but of course he knows I wasn't going there for the job. Then he placed my car in a position to ruin my new control arms or at least to try and fool me. Instead of providing correct, proper, & accurate information and finish the job he messed up on he just told me to bring back the car for a third day. That he would fix the problem once again. Decided not to go back for the third time cause I can fix it on my own I just did not want to fix what I didn't break of course but I won't be fooled by an airhead that thinks less of the people walking through these doors. Buy your tires online and install them somewhere you can trust. They even push customers away from here them selves cause they only have one man for all the jobs GOOD LUCK if you come here inspect everything they do and make sure to remove your tires at home if you replace them here make sure your bolts are not broken inside by these so called ROOKIES and not idiots . read more

The customer service i received from the beginning till the end was horrible. Even from the manager. They were rude, unprofessional and not informative. They had put all kinds of extra warranties without even consulting me. When i asked about all the extra charges and why they didn't consult me the manager caught an attitude. I would not recommend this place at all. I placed a reservation to have my cars oil changed. My car is a fleet vehicle which I knew there would be some extra needed time to have paper work filled out. I was prepared to at least wait an hour. The attendant confirmed my appointment the day before for the following day at 9 am. When I arrived he confirmed it and said it would take a second to fill out the paperwork. By 9:55 am my car had not moved from where I had left it and when I walked to the front to ask what the wait was, he said mine would be taken in soon. 3 minutes later, I overheard him talking to another attendant that he needed help processing the paperwork since he did not know how to. (Why that wasn't brought up an hour earlier, I have no idea.) I am writing this review at 10:45 am. Almost 45 minutes after he said it would be taken in shortly. I would not recommend this location to anyone since they don't even give you an update when it is taking this long. Some of the worst service I have experienced for a simple oil change. What becomes the point of calling ahead anymore after this? Several cars that came after me have also been serviced before me while my car still sits in the same location I left it in. read more

Made an appointment for a Sunday 10am visit to have a new set of 4 tires installed. The job was done in about an hour and a half. Paid around $529 for the tires and labor. I am a little leery in regards to chain auto repair places because they often will attempt to sell you a big or even huge bill of goods. They told me that I needed new rear shock absorbers and struts that was over an $800 estimate. I politely declined and will get a second opinion on that. read more

We bought four brand new tires and got them installed at this location. Less than two months, we realized that the back tires started going bald. Per our receipt, the car ALSO got an alignment the same day the tires were changed. But It turns out that the car NEVER got an alignment. When we went back to GET THE ALIGNMENT WE PAID FOR AND TWO NEW TIRES GRATIS, the ONLY customer service agent (who's also the "manager") that was there this morning was no help. He stated that he wanted to help but his attitude and demeanor said otherwise. He also said that their mechanic said that the issue was the car's shock absorbers but if that was the case, wouldn't they have also noticed that while putting in the new tires???? We also went to another shop near by to get a second opinion and they said that the car did not get an alignment and that it should've been fixed before the tires were installed. We also called another Tire Kingdom and they said the same thing. This Tire Kingdom is robbing people and doesn't care about their customers or their customer's car. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
