I called ahead of time asking if it's walk-in basis and got told first come first serve so after work I raced over there. When I parked the car out front I was greeted by the most friendly worker. I told him about my Groupon he instructed me to bring the car out back and acknowledged my Groupon as well. He asked basic information and then brought me inside and told me there was coffee and water and a restroom available. When my car was getting worked on another worker came in and told me what they did to my car and told me about my brake light which I knew was going out and offered to fix it for a little extra and also recommended I get my tires rotated and filter change. I knew that I wanted my car to be good to go so I took the offer on the tire rotation since I knew I've been driving a lot the last month. He was extremely friendly as well. I was honestly in shock how nice everyone was! When my car was finished which took maybe less than 30 mins I drove off. Unfortunately my brake light went back out again, and I was confused since I figured they fixed it and changed the bulb. So I called, and told them what happened and turned around and drove back. They were still very nice about it all, and figured out the bulb is fine I had a loose plug. And that it would need to be replaced. They were very informative and suggested some places that can do the work for me. They didn't charge me any fee or extra for bringing my car back in to get it fixed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend coming to this jiffy lube on Fort Campbell boulevard.

I don't even try to hide it; a lot of people could actually take advantage of it but they don't. Anyways, I'm a stickler about my oil being changed now because of a certain incident that ended up with me replacing my ENTIRE engine on my car; but i digress. I came in uniform and obviously exhausted from the day and just wanted to finally knock this check off my lift of "to do" and just wanted it over with. The customer service here was impeccable. I mean, opened my door, called me by my last name with a "miss" in front and said if i wanted to go get a jersey mikes sandwich i was more than welcome and he'd call my cell. How nice was that? And i totally did. it took less than 20 minutes and they even cleaned the windows, checked the tired and filled up some liquids for free. All in all it was about $40 but i know if i had cut coupons and not gone on a whim it would have been cheaper. Definitely going there again if only to hear someone so nice talk to me. During the service, they drained the engine oil and started the engine before adding new oil. The engine ran without oil for approximately 30-45 seconds. After the incident, I spoke with the district manager, who offered me several complimentary oil changes if I drove the vehicle for a few thousand miles without experiencing any obvious issues. I fulfilled that condition and contacted them afterward, expecting them to honor the agreement. Instead, the new management refused. Corporate later acknowledged in writing that the previous district manager had offered a free service but declined to honor it because complimentary service wasn't their normal practice. Apparently, an agreement made by their own management stops mattering when it's inconvenient to honor it. The argument that the car still runs doesn't establish that operating it without oil caused no internal wear or damage. I'm not claiming permanent damage has been proven. I'm pointing out that the incident happened, it was documented on the service paperwork, and the company's response has been disappointing from start to finish. Now, before anyone suggests I should simply contact management, let me make something clear: I ALREADY DID. The regional manager contacted me before the owner's response appeared. I had already attempted to resolve this directly, and the regional manager made his position clear: Jiffy Lube was not going to honor the agreement. I had already gone through the process of contacting management and corporate before being told to reach out to management again. So when the owner responds by expressing concern and suggesting I contact management to have my concerns "heard and addressed properly," it's difficult to take that suggestion seriously. My concerns had already been heard. The regional manager had already responded. The issue wasn't a lack of communication; it was the refusal to resolve the matter. Being directed back to the same management team after already being dismissed by that team is an interesting approach to customer service. Apparently, the solution is to keep contacting people I've already contacted until I get tired of asking. I originally wanted a few oil changes, as agreed. That's it. Instead, I've spent time dealing with a company that acknowledges its manager made an offer but refuses to stand behind it, followed by responses suggesting I should try the same process I've already been through. I've retained the service documentation and corporate correspondence, and I intend to file a complaint with the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. I didn't make this complicated. Jiffy Lube did. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. If something goes wrong, don't assume the company will stand behind its work or the commitments made by its own management.

She said make sure you come around to the back because there are two tire shops. When I pulled up lo and behold there is affordable new and used tires which takes up 80% of the building. Pulled up to the owner. He said he would put these tires on for $120 and they're open till 7 PM. Perfect gentleman, full of smiles no attitude for a fraction of the cost.
