Had a tire that needed to be patched. The guy told my wife that they couldn't patch a tire with fix a flat in it and they only had one tire the right size and it was $230. I told her they were not being honest and she left. Later I took it to another tire shop who cleaned out the fix a flat and patched the tire for $20. Bottom line they are dishonest and are looking to bump sales numbers. read more

Went in for a simple fluid top off and a change of windshield wipers. They had me make an appointment (totally fine). Then I show up at my respective time and wait half an hour before I ask why my car hasn't been pulled in. There is one other person there and she's been there two hours. There are no other cars in the garage besides hers. The dude just looks at me and gets up to have them pull the car in. Another half hour later I have another appointment to be at and nothing has been done on my car. No tests, no fluids refilled, and no windshield wipers. I personally walked around back to see what they were doing and they were all just chillin. Being a prior mechanic I'm disappointed in this group of folks. No customer service and no respect for themselves. Owner may need to hang around without letting them know to see what we all experienced today. read more

Everytime I come here I get exactly what I am looking for without upscale pressure or lies about my vehicle. The appointment process is easily done online. I drop off my vehicle & they call me with the problem and costs. It's never over priced. Recently had front brakes & rotors replaced for around $300 where as another place quoted me over $1000 saying I needed all 4 done. The inspection didn't take very long & the repair was done in less time than quoted. I'm very happy with the service we have received here several times now. read more

Goodyear charges $876 parts and labor to change an alternator on a 2010 camaro SS. The part is only $267 if you get it directly from GM Parts Direct, which means Goodyear charges roughly $600 for a job that has a youtube video that walks you through it with but a couple sockets and ratchet and will take less than a half hour. Firestone only charges $640, so if you absolutely can't do it yourself, go to Firestone instead. For a 2012 Impala, Goodyear wanted $448 for labor alone, while Firestone would do it for $210 labor only. I wish I could give 0 stars I brought my car in originally for my A/C to be fixed, so when I got it out the first time it was still broken, the second time they say my fan needs to be replaced, I got it out about 4 days ago, it broke down on my way to Nashville I had my 3 month old and my wife in the car......so they will never be getting my business again they are horrible, seeems like they should get their certifications again since they obviously didn't even plug in the code reader I had my friend do it and it popped for (7) different ones and one of them was for the fan!!! Never had these problems till I let *badyear* take a look at it I meant good year. Ps.My brother got his ac completely replaced and it went out a couple weeks after. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. We brought out car in due to a check engine light and a fuel smell coming from the car. On Goodyear's website, it states they will run a FREE diagnostic for a check engine light. We dropped the car off with the manager and he said "yep, no problem we will run the code for you." I called back the next day to check the status of the car and the girl who answered the phone said "your car should be ready soon, they are just replacing the spark plugs." I informed her that we never agreed to any work on the car, we were just waiting on a code.. She said "Oh.. umm give me a second." The mechanic who was supposedly working on our car came to the phone and said the code was for an oil pressure sensor. I said ok and what about the gas smell? He responded with "Uh I didn't see anything about checking a gas smell..." He calls me back 20 minutes later and says "it's a faulty fuel sensor." We said great, go ahead and fix that and we will hold off on the oil pressure sensor, we just had our oil changed and our main concern is the fuel smell." To which he responds "Then your car is ready to go." I said what about the fuel sensor? He said "oh actually it doesn't need that, it's just smelling due to getting your oil changed a few weeks ago.." which he wouldn't have known had I not just mentioned it in the conversation five seconds prior. So we tell them we will be picking up the car since they clearly don't know what's wrong with it. I ask the girl how much it will be if anything, now that we know they haven't actually done any work. She says well it's $115 for the diagnostic. I explained that on the website it says they will run that for free. "yeah that's what our website says but how do you expect our mechanics to get paid?" After arguing with her about their false advertisement, she says they will waive it this one time. When I go in to pick up the car, she tells me I was right, the check engine light was free but that we agreed to more diagnostic testing when we dropped it off via signature. We didn't sign anything, never received a copy of an estimate and Goodyear wasn't able to provide a copy showing our signature because THERE WASN'T ONE. We took the car to a different shop where they were able to locate the fuel smell issue within the first 10 minutes of looking at our car and you guessed it, it had nothing to do with getting an oil change recently. Goodyear is lazy and only after your money. Avoid them. read more

I replaced one tire at my car dealership. I tried to save money by replacing the other one here. They tried to charge me $50 more than the dealership and $75 dollars more than their website. I knew there was tax, but that's ridiculous. When I questioned the price, they were able to magically drop $30. What a scam. read more

I have been here at least 7 times with 3 different cars. Each time I come here I am more and more disappointed. This will be the last time. Not because the prices are unfair, or the work done is poor, but because it takes 3 hours minimum every single time. I came in for an oil change today and it has been two hours now...just to find out they can't find an oil filter for my car?! One would think they would make sure they have the parts before starting the job. Every time it has been like this. For something that takes 20 minutes of work they take 3 hours minimum. About a year ago I bought tires at the Goodyear Auto Service Center(1887 Fort Campbell Blvd.) Have them balanced and rotated every 5000 miles when I have Oil change and a Lube. I noticed from the first time I did not see the man grease the fittings. Just thought WOW this place is fast!! Today I marked the fittings with White Out. I asked when I paid if it was lubed- YES SIR. After going out and checking I had White Out on my finger. Call manager to take a look. Was he ever surprised. He questioned the man that worked on it and he said that's always the way I do it. Manager was not happy. I asked him about the other customers and if intended to notify then. He said he did not have a way to do that. Manager did lube and said just wanted to make customer HAPPY!! This customer is not happy! Stay away from this place... read more

This is my first time getting an oil change in Clarksville. I walked into Goodyear and they were super friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in right away and provided quick service. The facility is very nice and clean. They have a great waiting area with a TV and free WiFi. I will be coming back here for all my future maintenance needs!!!! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but for the great service I received from Goodyear, I just had to! I have been to Goodyear on Fort Campbell Blvd. many times since I moved to Clarksville. Not only are their prices extremely fair, but they are always super helpful. Most of the time I go for an oil change/tire rotation/etc., I go by myself, without my husband. I'm normally skeptical to do this as most places like this seem to take advantage of a female who doesn't know much about cars. However, I've NEVER felt that way at Goodyear. They always work with me and never push for additional purchases! Not to mention they almost always have availability for walk-in service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here! read more
