I asked all the questions about my insurance covering it, what my cost would be, and "Are you sure they will pay for a second allergy test?" They assured me it was covered and said they already called and got approval, blah blah blah. Fast forward a week after the test: they call and say, "Oh, well, we got approval, but now they are saying it is not approved. This isn't your fault; I am going to talk to the Dr. to see if we can work with you on the payment or just wipe it because it is on us..." Fast forward another nine days and no call, no email, nothing--but they did send a bill. I am not upset about the money; if they had told me from the beginning so I could plan for it, I would have been okay with it. It's the surprise bill, the lack of communication, and the lying about "let me talk to the Dr. and call you right back" only to just send the bill anyway without even an explanation. I would have even respected a call saying, "I talked to the Dr., but we cannot waive the fee. I'm sorry." I would have responded with, "Thank you for trying." Anyway, save yourself from the greedy, money-grubbing, "only communicate when it's for getting money" doctors and try to find one that's honest. I have found a crackhead behind Walmart selling Flonase. Call me crazy, but I have a good feeling about him--well, better than this place, anyway.

Now check in with the reception desk and .........wait what? I was suppose to be here yesterday at the same time. Ugh.....ummmmm . Long story short, the staff was gracious enough to squeeze me in and I was relieved. I did bark at a lady in the reception room that was talking on her phone without her mask. Yeah. Go outside if you're planning on taking your mask off, especially in a hospital. A one legged old man with bad hearing asked me what I was there for? Uh okay. I said a mammogram and he commented he could do that for me, gross......you old perv. Everyone he spoke to me I spoke low so he couldn't hear a thing I was saying....bahahahahaha take that! I was called shortly afterwards and my tech was super nice and probably said...."you okay" about 150 times. I liked that. Well the boobies look good again this year. It's a very serious disease and while the procedure is uncomfortable, the staff here knows how to make you feel comfortable. Get yourself checked, even if to do it for your loved ones. And if you see a creepy old man with one leg.....ignore him. Life is too short to worry about a lonesome old man.
