Dr. Brousse entered the exam room with seemed like a cranky attitude. Upon examination he actually accused me of intentionally causing my throat pain by sticking something into it!!! I actually checked the paintings and art work, all completed between 1970-1979. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Just professional and courteous. They made an emergency same-day appointment for me, which I appreciated! And my wait was not too long. Restrooms are not located outside the office by the elevators. No wifi is available in the waiting room and even 3G connection on AT&T was iffy. I was ushered to a room at around 9:05am. The physician did not arrive at my room until 9:28am. He spent 10 minutes doing his evaluation and procedure after which a nurse visited me to finish up. Brousse was a great doctor who cracked jokes but was serious enough as well. Overall he was very professonal. He seemed honest and forthright and gained my trust quickly. He answered my questions directly and was fairly efficient in the appointment. I chose Brousse at random out of the phone book and will certainly recommend him to others in the future. It has been a long time since I've been this confident in a physician so I hope the prescribed treatment works as expected. If you need an ENT in New Orleans, you won't go wrong with Brousse!

Worst service ever. Called several times to make an…read moreappointment, lady who answered the phone didn't even know if they performed the services for what my husband needed. Once appointment was scheduled, we waited OVER an hour past our appointment time to be seen for MAYBE 15 minutes-- making us late for our next appointment. We believe we got overcharged for what our insurance pays "specialists" just to be seen for 15 min, just to get a prescription of medication we already have and took, no explanation of conditions , no prognosis, or what are the next steps to improve the medical condition. When we were checking out, we asked if we could ask one quick question to the nurse, but guess what? She had already left. Guess she had somewhere important to be...just like us, but we unfortunately didn't make it to our following appointment. Oh and the best part- what sort of exercises should I do to improve my condition? "Google some".... then WHY are we here?
