I actually checked the paintings and art work, all completed between 1970-1979. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Just professional and courteous. They made an emergency same-day appointment for me, which I appreciated! And my wait was not too long. Restrooms are not located outside the office by the elevators. No wifi is available in the waiting room and even 3G connection on AT&T was iffy. I was ushered to a room at around 9:05am. The physician did not arrive at my room until 9:28am. He spent 10 minutes doing his evaluation and procedure after which a nurse visited me to finish up. Brousse was a great doctor who cracked jokes but was serious enough as well. Overall he was very professonal. He seemed honest and forthright and gained my trust quickly. He answered my questions directly and was fairly efficient in the appointment. I chose Brousse at random out of the phone book and will certainly recommend him to others in the future. It has been a long time since I've been this confident in a physician so I hope the prescribed treatment works as expected. If you need an ENT in New Orleans, you won't go wrong with Brousse!

He took time with me , and allowed me to explain what I had been through. He started me off with a mild strength of a medication, and told me would would work our way to a stronger dose, if I needed. He took a very conservative approach with me, and I felt like that was the best thing since I had not been on pain medication in a while. Another huge plus, was that. from the first time I called for my appointment, I was called back within two days to schedule one. The personnel that work for Dr. Lonseth, are all very kind and patient. They seem dedicated to the work. And they displayed A true interest in me. Personnel that work there, appeared to enjoy their jobs, and that speaks volumes for Dr. Lonseth, and the way he runs his clinic. I would recommend, this doctor, and clinic, to all of my friends and family.

We then waited for around 30 minutes for some post-op information about follow on appointments and care. Lots and lots of waiting. All told, we were there for about 3.5 hours for a 20 minute procedure. All the doctors, nurses and techs were awesome. Very friendly.
