During that time, I became very ill from abruptly stopping the medication and was left without clear communication or assistance. The most frustrating part was being unable to reach my actual physician directly regarding the issue. Instead of receiving answers or timely support, I was repeatedly redirected through other staff members while my medication continued to be delayed. Patients should not be left without necessary medication due to office communication failures or lack of provider coverage. I understand doctors take time off, but there should be a reliable continuity-of-care process in place so patients are not negatively impacted. I hope this office improves its communication, refill management, and patient care moving forward.

Both offices are clean and have ample free parking, so pick the location closest to you - you will get five-star medical treatment at either. Dr Ryan was my gynecologist long before I became I mom, and he is to this day. I've been going to him for over 20 years, and I have no complaints at all. He is a fun and silly person who clearly understands how ridiculously uncomfortable it is (mentally and sometimes physically) to have a gynecological exam, and he will chat and laugh with his patients to get them through the experience with minimal discomfort. He has had three nurses since I started seeing him, and every one of them has been warm, funny, kind, spunky, and well . . . just the kind of woman you'd want to go have a drink with. Dr. Ryan is very much NOT an alarmist. He is quite easy-going, and his confidence is extremely reassuring, especially for nervous soon-to-be moms. His jovial and relaxed bedside manner aside, however, he is also extremely knowledgeable and reacts quickly to save lives when the situation arises, as it did with the birth of my first child. After a brutally long labor, Dr. Ryan indulged my fears for my own pain with sympathy and good humor until the second my daughter began experiencing distress in utero. At that moment, he became all business, moving extremely quickly to pull my girl out with forceps while barking at the nurses and other people there so they too would react quickly on her arrival. It turns out that the umbilical cord had wrapped around her neck twice and was choking her with my pushing. The second he knew there was a problem, he acted amazingly and ensured that I would have a lovely, healthy daughter instead of a sad tale to tell. I know he takes Blue Cross, Blue Shield, because that is the type of insurance I have. I could not recommend him more highly. Additionally, I see that he has scored a 100% satisfaction rating at healthgrades based on 13 of his other patients' surveys (I did not do one).

I paid $66, which seemed reasonable & did not think to ask "how much for the bite adjustment?" when I left. What a mistake! My second visit was $266, bringing the total to around $335. My insurance covered none of it because of non-covered procedure codes, but the claims agent GAVE me the dental codes that were acceptable, so Dr. Wilson's office could resubmit. I gave them the codes & called 3 times to follow up with 2-4 weeks delay in receiving a return call. The last info I got from the office was that the claim had been resubmitted, but according to the United Dental, as of today, a second claim was never filed by Dr. Wilson's office... In addition, I still experienced pain in the tooth & asked to be re-examined by Dr. Wilson to check the bite again. The office said "too much time" had lapsed since my first visit & he would not help me. I recommend against doing business with Dr. Wilson & his staff. They are more concerned with making profits than helping their patients. They REFUSED to re-file my 2 visits with different codes & DISMISSED me by telling me they had already done so. After spending all that $$$, I had to go elsewhere to fix the problem, which turned out to be a simple fix for very little money.
