i don't know why you took my last review down but we paid deborah naylor of elite alliance realty a…read more300.00 broker fee to find us an apartment in 30 days. once we sent her the money we did not hear from her for three weeks. our initial move in date of august first came and went with not one word. my daughter and i called and left multiple voicemails and sent several messages in and out of both the one home portal and the elite alliance realty portal. we also texted her on regular texts and called all three phone numbers until she disconnected all 3 numbers. one night we caught her at home and she had sent several homes to us so we chose 835 c dublin street richardson texas 75080 we sent 150.00 in application fees. they requested an extra 99.00 and we paid that too. bottom line here is we paid for services we did not receive. what happened to the 150.00 application fees for a condo whose address changed to 845 dublin and was off the market soon as we paid the application fees??? we heard nothing after that and the 30 days came and went with no answer. our money was gone and we got no home in 30 days. the second property was supposedly on minneola street apt a greenville tx 75040. the utility company told us that street did not exist. again the address changed and she got back to us stating the landlord was asking for 3,735.00 move in fees and said he was difficult. so our second move in date of 9/1 came and went with no new apartment.she knew we are disabled and she knew we were living in a group home after losing everything we owned due to a near eviction while i awaited a decision on my ssdi. she claimed i had two evictions on my credit teport and thats a lie because we have never been evicted according to frisco jp4 court. she straight up played us and took advantage of us and after my last review tried to back track but its too late. we no longer trust her and neither should anyone else. do not trust this person or business with your money. she will take your money and run.

Let me preface this with saying I am not one to leave a negative review for anything…read more Sam Woods , operator at the Dallas Luxury Realty Proprety Management Group is worth reviewing. Sam has a couple of hardworking , knowledgeable members of his team which I infer is the reason they currently have a high rating. However, Sam is far from this. During our stay at one of his groups property's , Sam attempted to bully, intimidated and belittle us. Never in my life have I worked with someone who showed the lack of respect that Mr. Woods displayed. Upon move in the home was infested with Bugs, broken appliances , poor carpet quality and old paint. After months of deliberation and weeks to fix the issue we finally were able to recoup some of the costs that were associated with their lack of property management. Upon move out Sam gave us a laundry list of charges that were not associated with our occupancy and attempted to bully us into paying them out of our security deposit. Sam is not someone I would recommend to anyone and I am hopeful that just one person is able to read this and make a decision to hire his company/ not stay at one of his proprieties. Updating review to respond to Sams comment: I agree that reviews are important , both good and bad. I hope you are able to take this review and improve your services. There are multiple inconsistencies in your response to my review. We indeed did begin our lease in mid August 2022 but did not move into the property until the end of August. Upon move in all carpeted areas were covered in fleas. I have attached a picture to make sure that we are both able to show proof to let the public decide. This was reported multiple times and was not taken care of for about a month. Regarding the appliances. Please check the dates, upon move in there was neither a functioning dishwasher nor refrigerator. The dishwasher was promptly fixed however the refrigerator was not replaced for approx 30 days. Please check dates again, Sam. Regarding the carpet, the carpet was in below average condition upon move in and was very similar upon move out. At no point did a pet enter the home as we do not have one and have an allergy to pets. I maintain that Sam was dismissive and threatening in the process of receiving our security deposit. Sometimes the truth hurts but public forums like yelp give renters the ability to share their experiences.
