When I asked about the price of some baby items, the owner ( who is a PASTOR of the ministry , Shall never thirst ministry!) told me, "I don't know, it's been here for weeks and it's not priced. I'm not doing low prices and giving it away, so you'll have to come back when it's priced." I was shocked that the owner couldn't--or wouldn't--price items in his own store. Then, when I purchased clothing, I noticed there was a pricing chart posted right by the register. After checking my receipt, I realized I had been charged more than the listed price. I went back inside to politely let the owner know. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he got up, walked away, came back, and said, "Give me the bag and I'll give you your money back." It felt like he knew exactly what had happened rather than simply correcting the overcharge. Throughout my visit, the owner repeatedly complained about not being able to pay the bills, which I found very unprofessional. The overall customer service was rude and dismissive. The store advertises that proceeds are donated to a cause, but based on my experience, that claim left me with doubts. I'm an avid thrifter and visit thrift stores all over the area. I've never encountered an owner who was this unprofessional or disrespectful to customers. I'm honestly surprised they have two locations. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

AND A "THRIFT STORE" that makes the goodwill look like a dump! (In Japan where I'm from, we call these "up-cycled goods" stores, some having refurbished and totally re-created-from-used items; which are all very popular.) Absolutely fantastic selection, cleanliness, prices, clearance deals and service by the coolest staff. So unlike others including goodwill too. I went there for the first time on a Saturday and came away with the most amazing, huge bag of stuff (15 items, mostly quality brands), including a couple brand spanking "new" ones, paying a total of $28.50, for a catch of goods i woulda normally paid hundreds for ... like this UNI QLO nylon jacket (not made in china), etc. Un-freaking believable man!! The rest of the people in the store were herded toward the cash register. My total time inside of the store? Less than nine minutes, and pushed out the door, and I'm writing this review at 5:37 PM. When I arrived, no one really greeted me or asked me for assistance, so I just took note of that and moved on. What I actually really liked what the men's selection here. I thrift quite a bit and it's honestly rare to find a decent breadth of Men's thrifted clothing. This store had probably the most vast men's section I've seen at a thrift. It took up one side of the store. What I've found is every thrift store has somewhat of an identity. This one is hard to pinpoint, but I have to say, it is not the hipster domain that some secondhand stores have become. This store felt more like a place people just looking for some deals turn up to. It was actually really refreshing. That in mind, I found the selection of vintage pieces here to be slightly above average. I even found a very rare band tee (that I plan on flipping). I was shocked at how great this place was for the unique vintage I love, but I think that largely has to do with it being more of a place frequented by community and not a hotbed for those millenials and Gen Z-ers just now on the thrift wave.
