Prices are high in a lot of the booths here at this mall, but many of these types of businesses are pricing the retro merchandise too high. As with any of them though, if you know your stuff then you can still find a bargain or two. This mall is clean and laid out nicely and in an organized manner. There's more booths with brand new merchandise in them than I think there should be for this type of business but it's a way of booth renters to have a small space and sell their stuff. The staff does a nice job keeping merchandise off the floor. They attempt to keep clothing rounders sized. They also try to do a bit of visual merchandising with new pieces or appealing pieces. This location never has as many home goods as other locations but they have a few aisles of it. Prices at all Goodwill locations have gone up. Merchandise for Goodwill stores are donated so that's not an expense for them. Rent and minimum wage has gone up in the U.S. over the years which would be more costly to operate. Although, the prices at Goodwill are definitely getting pricier from its earlier years.

While it deals with consignment and estate sale items, you would hardly believe it if you saw the large variety and superior quality of the items on their showroom floor. I've been shopping estate sales for a long time and I never saw this amount of quality "consignment" furniture in any one place before. The only thing more surprising than the quality of these items is their prices. I purchased a "new" couch for my home from Taylor's Treasures and am amazed at it's original quality and overall condition. It was sold at a VERY reasonable price which was lower or comparable to the price of many much lesser quality "new" couches found in stores. Taylor's Treasures, a family owned and locally run business, also does their own delivery and so can charge much less than the going rate.
