When I first walked in 4/28/26, I couldn't see the signs designated to each section. Small blue signs I eventually saw, maybe 8x10! Size markers on racks, ie. S, M, L, XL, were black with gold lettering, again could barely read or find them. Sizes for women were S,M,L, not 10,12,14,16 etc. You have to l for your size & it was on the price tag either Shoe section was a hot mess, no sizes marked on the rack or the price tag either & they sizes were all mixed up. The prices were much higher too. I normally walk out with something, nope put the 2 items back!! I hope this change won't happen to the other locations. read more

Clean, organized and tidy! The people working there were bustling about and putting things away and tending the dressing rooms. They were busy and productive. The store had ALOT of clothes---more really than anything else. Prices were a little high for the area in our opinion because we had just been to 2 other thrift stores nearby and they were considerably cheaper and still had things of good quality. But---- to be fair I don't know that things are priced locally at GW? At any rate, we would def go back if we were in the area. read more

Prices keep going up same old ugly stuff. Should have more than one color tags at half off. Clothes so tight on racks hard to look at stuff. Quit asking to round up should ask to round down. They get this stuff free. It's so annoying. read more

This is not a very good Goodwill.  I drive past this location to go to the one in Lady Lake.  Anyone that shops at Goodwill are familiar with their colored tags. 50% off of the color of the week.  This location has a high percentage of black & white tags meaning no discounts, ever. There's also a high percent of clothes on the wrong racks.  Wrong sizes & mens clothes on the women's racks & women's clothes on the men's racks. Prices are higher at this location across the board. The trash can by the front door has been overflowing every time I visit. The Lady Lake location has later hours,  till 9pm, with Sunday hours open till 8pm read more

What I've noticed is Goodwill overprices things so much that they don't even sell on 1/2 day. Not very smart Goodwill.

It's a giant Goodwill that is very organized and clean. It was busy on a Saturday as many thrift stores are. As with most thrift stores nowadays, prices are a little higher than they should be. They keep you coming back by running different deals every day. So if you play that game with them you can find something for a good price. They had new and used merchandise. I only browsed the linens because that's what I needed but I would have loved to shop for clothes if I had the time. I got a blackout curtains and big throw blanket for a little over $10. There were no deals on that stuff. Throw pillows were $1.98 a piece used but in really nice shape. I feel that was a pretty good deal for those but I don't think they are that price every day. The cashier was very nice, however some of the clerks working the sales floor would get in your space trying to get past you acting like you're in their way. Overall, I would return to shop for clothes. It was a generally pleasant experience, plus the bathrooms were big and clean. read more

The shopping experience was good, not great (bathroom unavailable). As I was checking out, the cashier asked if I was a rewards member (or something similar). I should have asked what that meant; she didn't explain. I figured I'd check it out on the Goodwill website. Didn't find anything. Goodwill is the store to go to before anywhere else. They carry a wide selection of new and used clothing as well as furniture, shoes and household items. The clothing is categorized into like items and sizes making it easy to select the perfect garment. A fitting room is there as well, along with restrooms and convenient parking. read more

buyer beware. Bought a shirt , and when I got home it was to small. When I took it back , I was told there are no refunds, or exchanges. It does say that on your receipt. The only trouble with that is you wouldn't know that till you have purchased. Ended up donating it back to them. Excellent marketing. Try ARC Thrift Stores, they'll take care of you. read more

Super huge store with ample parking. Goodwill is always hit or miss but when you are in the mood, it's a fun treasure hunting adventure.

Highest prices in the area! As an avid thriftier I love the variety we get in Central Florida especially Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties due to our wonderful retiree population. That being said there are many places willing to profit on the kindness of others. This is one of them. Long lines when busy, and the prices! An ordinary men's shirt that they got for free can run you as much as $10! It's a big beautiful building and I can see why. The prices have to pay for it. I miss the good old days when thrift stores didn't seem as greedy. In addition to being about 20% higher than the Goodwill stores in Lake County, this one also asks you to round up - guilting you at the register to add more(!) to the price you're already paying for merchandise they got for FREE. The ONLY reason I'm giving this store three stars is because it's clean and they have a lot of donations and the merchandise seems to be in better than average condition but that is where the good experience ends. I approached a clerk to checkout and she shook her hands at me and told me she was closed. I said, "ok, but please don't wag your finger at me AND THEN the clerk next to her said "she's gotta eat sometime." So I said to that clerk, "you should mind your own business." So she turns to the customer she's checking out and rolls her eyes. Seriously? So I asked to speak to the manager and the second clerk said the woman who shook her hands at me was the manager. I don't appreciate it and I'm not happy with my experience. read more

Very nice Goodwill location. It's tucked back in the trees behind a Walmart. It's basically The Villages but it's an Oxford address. The quality of goods here was very nice. The prices are a bit high on some items but reasonable overall. read more
