They have a Bowflex elliptical M5 in the front of the store. I was going to buy it but the plug is broken on it. The cord they have on it is not even the cord that goes to it. I pointed this out to the manager and she said it was a brand new unit that's why it was priced accordingly. The unit is not brand new and the M5's were discontinued several years back. I wish they would stop trying to sell stuff to people who don't know anything about what they're buying and try to pawn it off as something that it's not. Do not buy this unit until you find out if you can get the plug to replace what is broken. When you tell somebody something is brand new that should be the truth not false. If you don't know what you're talking about then don't say it. Lana is the manager here and she shouldn't be telling people that things are brand new when they're not. read more

While things are donated, the prices are like Walmarts., And on the clothes, Walmart is cheaper. Or you can buy a brand new pair at the price of goodwill used.. some of the employees acts like it's a bother for them to be there and some are not very friendly..I used to love going there but now I only go ands try to find good deals.. it is all priced like it's new stuff but it is donated from other people trying to help the community but someone is money hungry.. read more

This used to be one of the best goodwills in Tennessee but lately been noticing a turnover constantly with the staff , The store is always dirty , floors never clean , the furniture is garbage and clothes are dirty with holes never seen it this bad only gave a 1 star because I had to click on something , management and staff need better training read more

I would like to share my experience being that I shop at this store every day and give them about 80 percent of my income, I can do that. I HAVE complained, I have fought verbally and have gotten so angry when shopping at this location than pretty much anywhere else I shop. I have had general managers undermine corporate directions and I have actually seen employees taking donations to their personal vehicles. There is not much that I haven't seen. I mean my job required me to work over sometimes, if a store closes at 8, you lock the doors at 8. You do not lock the doors at 7:28 and just yell through a window to go around to the other side that you checked first and was prematurely locked. I get my one and a half year old out of the car on a cold night to be locked out and not one person ensured I come in with a 15 month old freezing and nobody cared, nobody could hear me or ignored me banging on the door and only that one time, did they look up and went into come back office, a customer I see often just happened to be leaving after atanding at the register and nobody there to help and she just walked out and opended the door for me, because she heard me FOR some reason???The next night when I complained to one of the managers since they are all the fn same, she didn't apologize but I asked her who the person in charge was and told her the story. Nobody but the people in the back give a shit and never break that b**** character and even the little innocent young girls start acting like them. If they have to be there after 8 to close up or if they don't want to be there, they frown, throw things, constantly tell the time it is and when closing and tonight they complained because I changed my mind on some bras....I wouldent have brought them up there, had they not been packed in there so tight that you had to bring 2 others with the one you wanted to purchase, rushed to the front and then have the AUDACITY to say is that your buggy with the items you didn't want, (it was like 5 bras-all going back to same area) and I get if you shop this late, only bring the items you plan to purchase, then 90 dollars later I watch from outside and everyone stood around to bs while the NICEST employee (David-I think) had to take the bras and put them up, he is so friendly and would never complain, but just because she wanted to act like she can talk to me like that, she did that... They make so much money​ and should hire me to teach PROPER Customer service, and heck I dont EVEN REACH OUT TO CORPORATE as many times as I have seen or experience bs from this store, yet I keep coming back because it is not the employees that makes Goodwill, it is the donations and those who donate!! Why did employee of Goodwill not empty my donations from my trunk?? First of all, I had to wait until he found a buggy (this is all happening while he is on his cell phone). He found a buggy, wheeled it out to my vehicle and stood there (still on cell phone) did not offer to start unloading my trunk (still on cell phone). I finally started emptying my trunk of heavy filled bags (he is still on cell phone). I continue to try to drag heavy bags out of trunk when he finally says his goodbyes to his phone mate. He then says all of this? and I said yes. He then removed a few of the remaining bags while I did most of them. He did not say thank you, offer to close my trunk lid or anything. Just wheeled the buggy around and walked away. That will be my last donation to Goodwill. read more

Good place to go to find a great deal if you don't mind the smell of feet...the entire place smells like feet. But we have found some awesome deals there so we keep going. Just wish they would invest in air freshener lol Staff are alway very pleasant. read more

Use to be a decent goodwill to go to but now that it under different owners it's gone down hill it has a bad smell like mold/mildew clothes are a hit and miss which is normally but toys are just broken toys thing that should just been in the trash oh and let's not forget rat poop in the toys or the ones I picked up did and furniture that's nasty yeah I know things are not gonna be brand new but there come to a point when it just needs to be thrown away pretty sad how many time I've drove around back to see thi gs being throw away that looks 10 times better then what's inside the previous owners did a lot better with the store read more
