Most items appear to be in good condition and are very reasonably priced. I was able to get an entire bag of clothing for only $10. The store is run by a woman named Pat and several volunteers. All proceeds from sales here go towards running a homeless shelter for women and children. Whether you're thrifting to try and save money or reduce your environmental impact, I highly recommend checking this place out. They're also looking for volunteers, so if that's your thing this is a good place for it!

Overall the style of this consignment shop is very traditional. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They had lots of dining room furniture, custom style chairs and sofas. Of course everything is styled beautifully. I also felt like they had an excellent selection of wall art. The art definitely ran the gamut as far as style more so than most of the furniture. Rugs, silver, China, lamps, you will certainly find it all in the store. Outback they have a warehouse style room with larger markdowns. I saw several full bedroom sets, as well as some other unique pieces. I ended up finding a print that I liked that had been marked down. I didn't buy it during my original visit but returned on Monday to pick it up. It was a really great deal- there's no way that I would've been able to purchase the print and have it custom framed for even close to the price that I paid for it. I will certainly be popping back in to check out what's new semi-regularly, or to see how quickly things turnover.

I'm always on the hunt for a beautiful antique piece of furniture or great vintage find. This…read moreconsignment shop is heavily stocked in second hand clothing which is not on my "treasure hunt" list. Also, items seem very reasonably priced, but I can't speak to the clothing prices. I truly appreciated the cashier pointing out the cracked/chipped glass on the inside of a vintage food storage container lid that made the purchase a "no go". Frankly, this second hand shop should have a consigner store policy of "no broken, chipped, cracked, torn, stained, no missing buttons, etc" on items allowed. This keeps the quality high, and the reputation of the store honorable. If the consigner is determined to try to sell a damaged item they should at least note "As Is" on the price tag to alert the customer, and that wasn't the case with the glass storage container. The numerous framed "Best of Consignment Shop" awards says this spot is loved by locals! What you'll find here: *handbags: Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Dooney and Bourke and many other brands *Kitchen tools *Houseware items *Dishes *Limited furniture *Lamps And much more!

I guess the lady at the register was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Treated me like I was a scammer or liar. It wasn't worth the argumentative and contemptuous reaction we received and it was my daughter's first time coming. My mother is in a wheelchair and the 3 of us were having a wonderful afternoon until that woman ruined our vibe. Of course, I was correct about the sale but she just didn't believe me and wouldn't take the time to walk over there and verify. A manager came over because I was getting upset at the way I was being talked to. If you raise your voice to me, oh... you will get back what you're dishing out. Anyways, whatever! Ridiculous Now with that out of the way, CSS is my favorite thrift shop. It's nice knowing that the profits help families and the community after emergency situations and it's a lot cleaner than a lot of other thrift stores. If you have boujee friends, they have a boutique section with more upscale and newer things. I, personally go straight to the $1 racks(and I always find something!) and their bin sales. I've found 2 Calvin Klein dresses(at different times) on the $1 racks. But I've bought things from every section they have. They even put out free stuff by the entrance/exit. I'm too old for prom dresses, but they have a lot of beautiful gowns and evening dresses for cheap. If you're low on cash and need a gorgeous wedding dress, look here first. You won't regret it! But the customer service is(with the exception of that one day) great. They do have paid employees but they depend on their volunteers to keep inventory flowing. Even the volunteers have been helpful to me when I need to plug in an appliance or try out some furniture. Although they won't help load or deliver. Just be prepared if you're buying large items. One more thing. If your cell phone has CASHAPP, they have a rewards program that you can use for a discount and CASHAPP keeps up with the points. I didn't sign up for it until after I'd spent over $100 and I kept coming back. So, I missed out on those points.

The prices are excellent for a thrift store these days. Clothing items tend to be around $2.50, as do shoes. Accessories are also inexpensive. They charge a bit more for the luxury items that come through and jewelry is priced on a case by case basis, but they never gouge you. You can always find gems here.
