Brendan was a breath of fresh air after being turned away at goodwill (this has happened twice -…read morethey don't have the room). So happy to find a new place to donate. Both staff members were out helping customers. Recently noticed other places having doors closed like they are not open. (We donated the contents of a garage sale)

Their driver did not pick up this donation.  I was unable to put the boxes and bags back into my…read morehouse.  We had a terrible thunderstorm last night.  Every single box is soaking wet and ruined.  Thanks to their company, four boxes are books (BOOKS!!!!  You have no idea what books mean to me - how important they are) which are completely ruined.  I now have to take everything to the dump because of their company.  This is outrageous.  They should be ashamed.  When you make a commitment to people -- particularly those who are actually donating items to others who may need them -- you should follow through with said commitment.  I support Purple Heart because my family is very military-oriented.  My grandfather, my dad, my son, my son-in-law, my cousin, my uncle and now my nephew have all served in the military.  Thanks for disappointing an organization as necessary as Purple Heart by dismissing my donation as apparently not important enough.  I am appalled; as I stated, this is the second time.  I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the CEO's name or whomever is actually in charge of Green Drop.  I would like to inform them.  I have a photo of my ruined boxes.  Not only are they completely soaked through, but they toppled off and are spread out over the driveway.  Thanks to them, I now have to pick up everything (while soaking wet), place it in my vehicle and drive to and pay for the dump.
