This is the most over priced and under organized Goodwill I have ever been to! $20 for a ragged pair of shoes, $13 for a sweater, $75 for a blender! I worked for goodwill for five years. T shirts were .99, long sleeves $1.49, Jeans $1.99! Soft cover books were .49 and hardcover were .99. Incredibly overpriced. I don't know if it's because of the proximity to Lake Geneva, but everything was overpriced. Not only that, but inconsistent in pricing amongst items (for example, same clothing item types, same brand names, dishes). The store in it self is great! Some employees are amazing and go above and beyond to assist. However, there is one employee there who stands out as extremely rude to other employees and to customers. I was there and couldn't find a manager to make a complaint and when I try calling the store the phone just rings. So if management can see this, please make a note that your employee Kim has been one of the rudest people I've spoken to! I hope that the next time I go in there she is no longer employed there! read more

This store is scary. They have security guards following you. They also will try to take your dignity by accusing you of taking off a tag that was explained as there were 2 tags. Presented and than threatened to be trespassed ( which is admonished from the Goodwills in Wisconsin ) . When I approached this horrible man that followed me he had a cocky arrogant remark. When the corporation in Milwaukee called they told me that I better not give him a story because he had an audio and tape. I asked him if they had eyes in the dressing rooms. No one to resolve the issue. Bottom one. I told the cashier that I" I am afraid someone is following me, please watch me get to by car. Did return to the store after being stunned by my experience. I was verbally attacked again. Then thrown out. Have never been threatened in this manner ever. Sell your things on offerup or letgo. Give to charities that appreciate your kindness. read more

This is the best Goodwill around. I've been to many in SE WI and Northern IL. The quality of the merchandise is superior. With some recent changes in the layout, it's easier to get through. I start at one area and make my way around the entire store. I'm there about 3-4 hours. It does require patience and time! read more

If there was a negative number I would use it. There appears to be a new manager who doesn't know anything about customer service. We entered the store wearing a mask and a virall shield mask. This manager approached my girlfriend behaving very hostile. He demanded she wear a mask of his choice rather than the viral face shield she was wearing. The face shield was purchased specifically for people who have sensitive ears and doesn't use straps. It has an adhesive strip that clings to your nose. The shield covers both your mouth and nose and is FDA approved made in the USA. This manager demanded she wear a mask which he was holding in his bare hands. She refused and he threatened to kick her out of the store. First off the manager who was in plain clothes with no identity or name tag, was within 2 feet of her being very argumentative and clearly violating the 6 foot rule. The manager then out of the blue told my girlfriend that "You lost the election, get out". Who said anything about any voting or any party affiliation? I approached and asked to speak to a manager. This individual said he was the manager. I smiled and said no your not in disbelief, due to his poor manners and the way he was dressed without identification. He said my girlfriend's mask was not of his store rules and since it was private property that the both of us should leave immediately. He then lunged at me and said he was kicking is out. My being a former Police officer, do not accept any physical contact and took a defensive posture. I told this manager, "you better think twice before placing your hands on either of us". He realized he screwed up and immediately backed back up. This guy has no business being a store manager. He obviously lacks the professional skills needed to speak with customers in a calm and rational manner. I personally have many years as a Police Officer and as a Manager for Walgreen's drug stores, I would fire an employee with such poor customer service skills. ATTENTION GOODWILL CORPORATE OFFICE, YOU ARE LOOKING AT A LAWSUIT WITH THIS MANAGER. read more

I tried to write a review for this place and am finding it difficult. It just isn't the old Goodwill I grew up with. Tons of nothing very exciting. You may be able to find a few things but be prepared to hunt through a pretty large store. update: I just reread this review from 4 yeas ago and have to admit it is a pretty lame review. This is a great location with a ton of merchandise. Store is bright, clean and spacious. Everything from clothing to household goods.. they have it all. Great stop for seasonal merchandise at a great price! Every 15th is a buy more save more deal so you get a little extra off :). Closest thrift shop around that offers great deals. New product pushed out every single day so it's worth checking out. read more

Was at goodwill on 1/21/19. I think they are trying to get rich picked up a plate and they had $6.99 on it. A lot of stuff is overpriced. So I told the worker there that there prices are redicouless. I can go and buy it NEW at the store for the price they are charging if not cheaper. Won't be going there. They are a rip-off. read more

I'm not sure what others are talking about on here. This is one of the better Goodwills that I've been to. For the size of the city it is large and has a great selection of gently used clothes. For a professional just starting out, it's the place to go for workplace outfits! I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for value and selection. read more

I really enjoy Goodwill. I also go to the one in Round lake beach ,I'll. I have found that the pricing in electronics is way overboard. I have seen items still there a month later. You can make a smaller amount at a cheaper price or not sell it at all and make nothing. Stereo lamps. $ 50.00 ??? Lots more. Get your pricing in line. read more

Very spacious, bright and clean. Always lovely employees...often have tag sales and you can find a lot of items here also brand new. In particular, I find the shoes and household items to be a larger selection than most. Great quality items, kids clothing and furniture . I don't think I ever leave empty handed. Honestly, I've shopped at Goodwill for MANY MANY years. I love the variety and prices but the "Secret shopper cop" at the Delavan, WI location is not only annoying and obvious but downright INVASIVE! He is creepy and makes my skin crawl. I have stopped shopping there because of him. Can't say enough about how he creeps me out. read more
