Five stars for this Goodwill because it truly delivers on what a well run thrift store should be. From the moment you walk in it's clear this location takes pride in its space. The store is clean, bright, and impressively organized, which already puts it a step above many thrift stores. Racks are easy to navigate, categories actually make sense, and nothing feels chaotic or overwhelming. There is a serious plethora of clothing here, whether you're casually browsing or intentionally sourcing. It's one of those locations where you can spend time digging and consistently find solid pieces. The location itself is also incredibly convenient, making it an easy stop whether you're running errands or making a dedicated thrifting trip. Customer service deserves a shout out as well. Staff members are friendly, approachable, and present, which is not always a given at thrift stores. The only real downside, and this is more of a Goodwill wide issue than a location specific one, is pricing. Prices have definitely crept up over time, so if you're a hardcore thrifter used to bargain basement finds, be prepared to spend more than you might at smaller local shops. At one time this location was my favorite out of all the Goodwills in the D/FW Metroplex. Couldn't have been more disappointed with my last visit. The shelves were bare, and the usually friendly employees were noticeably quiet. I'll continue to shop here when I'm in the area; however, I hope there will be more merchandise on my next visit. Maybe this excursion was just a fluke. Who knows?! We shall see! read more

I love, love, love this store! I always feel so welcome here. The cashiers are sweet and Toni working in the housewares department is so friendly and keeps everything, neat, clean and organized. She always has a smile on her face so it's worth coming even when I don't find a treasure here. The only reason it's not 5 star place is because of the unnecessary display space (Management). I feel these items are usually some of the best and they aren't available to customers. Honestly, I'd recommend using that space to showcase and sell more furniture and put the home goods back on the shelves because that area is sometimes kind of sparse and could use more merchandise. read more

Been stopping here occasionally 15 yrs. Prices have gone crazy 9.99 like pricing machine is stuck! 49.99, 124.99, 149.99 Do they pay any more for donations? Buy many items for less at WalMart or Target AND you can RETURN if broken or don't fit-- not here! The place looks more like a Dollar Store, too! High turnover in staff. Great store and making it greater is Toni in Wares! She has a genuine gift to organize and make things attractive. I have to wonder why ALL Goodwill stores aren't trained to do this ... Toni would be a great trainer! I have to agree with another who posted about the wasted space up front in display. PLEASE figure that out, it's just something to walk around. read more

Stinky , as usual. I guess thursdays are half off day? I didnt notice the sign so everything seemed too expensive for me. If Id have known it was half off Id have been more incilned to buy these used pieces of clothing. So I recommmend to go on half off day. Otherwise, you may as well go to walmart or big lots and pay the same price for something new and fresh. The cashier seemed very friendly and not depressed. read more

Favorite place to shop! They are friendly, the store is huge and they do a really good job and keeping it organized for the amount of workers they have at a time. Also has a lot of brand new expensive name brand clothes that have never been worn. Great variety. read more

I'm gonna give this location 5 stars. Its huge, racks and racks of clothing. Often has a good selection of furniture. The employees are friendly, store is typically clean. The smell.... I mean it's goodwill, smells like a closet full of dirty clothes. I seldom try things on, however - unless the tags are still attached. read more

this is a larger goodwill than normal, they have tons of womens clothes and shoes. for st patricks day, they had little racks just for that.

Wayyyyyyy over priced! Their donation sorters don't realize that consumers can get some of these items brand spanking new 4 way less money. I've had better experiences at other second hand stores. read more

Large selection of childrens clothes in good condition. Clean but, yes, it does smell dusty but hey...it IS a thrift shop.
