The manager happened to be working the checkout. Halfway through processing my purchases he informed me that he would be taking several items back because "they were from his personal collection." I informed him that they were on the racks. He repeated that he was taking them. I pushed the entire pile back towards him and left without purchasing anything. Very poor customer service, especially from a manager.

She actually discriminatated against my 3 pound service animal. I walk in the store and admittedly she says " oh no he has to go " this was when two other customers said aww he is so cute. She did not ask was he a service. I then showed her his card which was very visible in lanyard around my neck. Her reply was where is his vest. For those like her that do not know The ADA does not require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness. Speak of the lack of training or empathy. Furthermore if she would have asked me before her attack she would have avoided this review and perhaps gained a customer. I am ok with her not understanding I am just not ok with her making a disturbing scene. I can not help my disability but I hope I can help the next person from shopping there and feeling completely appalled and dealing with discrimination. My best friend and protector is a under weight teacup poodle. She should be ashamed for that kind of an outburst.

It's a large open space (think warehouse) with racks on racks on racks of items. Upon entry, I was immediately overwhelmed and considered leaving. I'm glad I pushed thru the desire to run away. To make it manageable for my brain, I decided to just tour the store to see what was in there and then lock in on one item (women's dresses and skirts) I would look through. I left with four unique clothing items for $18 and some change. Two of the items I purchased had blue price tags and blue was one of the colors of the day that was 50% off. However, I learned that if I shopped on a different day, the items with those color cards would've just been $.99 a piece, so I could've gotten out of there with the same items for even cheaper on the right day. Sort of like any store, at the checkout lane, there is shelving with small items you could grab. Many of those things were like party decorations that were unopened and brand new in the package.

They called to confirm my pick up date, and even the driver called when he was 15 minutes out. Easy-peasy! **Don't waste your time trying to search for direct-care organizations to donate larger items (e.g. foster care facilities, transitional housing, homeless shelters) like I did. No one else will take them directly or has space to store them.**

There is a "cafe" in the rear of the store with complimentary tea, water, and cookies. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient; employees are always friendly here. Merchandise There are brands ranging from low to high end, including a designer section upfront where everything has been vetted as authentic. I do think they should be pickier about some of the brands they take (I saw several Payless and Walmart items) however that is just personal preference. Clothing is arranged by size AND color, and they have a sizable clearance section as well. Verdict! I'll be back!

Their website is correct regarding when they're open but Yelp wasn't. Wish I could've given it a higher rating but I don't live in this area so won't be back. PS - make that another person! So 3 people would've walked in in a span of 10 minutes had they been open. I feel bad for them since they're not open because they don't have enough volunteers.
