Keep in mind that they do donate them after so many days. I can't remember exactly. It is donated they keep 100% of the profit and it's just donated to their store. Today I mixed up my appointment time. I couldn't get it to pull back up and I came an hour early they would not accommodate me so I had to drive around for an hour which just frustrating because of how gas is pricey then when I did come back for my appointment. I was only in there for three minutes. I brought in over 40 items of clothing and two boxes and they only took about five items. It was very frustrating to say the least. I wish I would have just accommodated me if I knew it was only gonna take them three minutes to go through my clothing when I originally came in. It's also important to note the items I brought in were brand new, never worn items. This is not, including the home decor that I brought in. They do not take home decor it's only clothing. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love it here due to the customer service However, they are not doing well with sales, and this experience was very unpleasant. It's hard to continue to want to do business with a consignment store when you're only getting seven dollars for 40 items and then when you make an appointment they only take five items in out of over 20 you bring in.

I will admit, the location is really off the beaten path, I thought my GPS was malfunctioning when it was telling me where to go. It lead to me a strip center, that I had no idea existed. This Goodwill was next to a Build-A-Bear. I'll admit, this Goodwill was large, well organized and extremely clean. I only found one short sleeved shirt to buy. It was a good value for $9. I was hoping for more name and designer brands and the majority were off brands I'd find at Marshall's or Kohl's. The staff was friendly and moved the line quickly at the check-out, making it a pleasant shopping experience. Now that I know where this Goodwill is, I'll try to stop by when I'm going out to the Outlet. Just like a TJ Maxx, you gotta shop frequently to find the real bargains.
