When I got to the store, I was impressed that they had a full stock of furniture and items all in outstanding condition for great prices. I only bought what I came for but I could have easily broken the bank right there. Customer service was outstanding. They offered delivery through a local insured moving company and when I changed my destination address, Cindy's said they'd pay the difference in any delivery costs. I knew there'd be no difference since the new address was closer than the original one but, still, who does that? That was an amazing thing to offer a customer! If you're in the market for a new piece of furniture or decor, make them your first stop. You might not have to go anywhere else.

I had only ever brought one other thing in years ago and I don't recall being treated so badly. The two items didn't fit into their plastic bins (in the little serve yourself area), so I asked Becca at the counter how she wanted me to handle it. She was nasty and truly rude to me. She snapped at me like an grouchy old dog. I took my stuff and went to another bigger, nicer consignment store less than 10 minutes away on McKenzie St. The people there were much kinder (and friendlier, and patient). Pretty sure this place only stays in business because the location is central to PGI and convenient. Also, some folks are willing to put up with Becca's distainful treatment just to get rid of things. It'll catch up eventually though. Look at the recent reviews... someone is not happy in her business anymore and it shows.

When you ask a question, she responds by repeating the question. Things you would love to just look at and expect in a place like this :) It is very tidy and doesn't have an "ol old person smell" which a lot of re-sell shops like this usually have. I was surprised by the amount of designer bags that were on display, they looked very nice & in good condition. The lady was very polite & helpful. There was nice music playing throughout & it was well ventilated and cool, so it was a very nice & relaxing experience. There is private parking lot right outside (tow away for non customers) so you don't have to walk far. Prices looks reasonable for the unique products, I'm sure if I fell in love with an item I wouldn't mind paying the price.

It would be considered helping the Salvation Army make a lot of money off her nice Alfred Dunner clothes. I think they need to get a dictionary on the meaning of dumping. I won't be back here because of that nasty sign.

But their prices for clothing had gotten a little asinine (Chicos is not designer, boo) and the staff isn't the most welcoming. I dig the full a bag for $7 option but they won't give you the bag. You have to bring your clothes up, they pack it. I like to think I'm somewhat of an efficient packer and can roll items into little rolls but they want to pack it which in then, reduces how much you can fill the bag with. They keep adding stipulations to what is and what is not included also which is a joke. I'm sad that this place has gone downhill. Especially since I had approximately 10 bags of clothes to donate and the attitude of the staff drove me to go to Salvation Army to donate instead.

I've never before had someone turn away 1/2 of my donations and then nickle and dime me over a…read moredonation receipt. She insulted my donations to my face, including the ones she took. I literally had to argue to have them write my donations on the tax write off sheet, as she scribbled over the entire sheet to not allow for the accurate donations given, and she crossed off the value spaces. That felt so horrible donating to them. I never donate to Goodwill as a policy, but I will go there before I return here. She literally scoffed and insulted my donations! Just a gross gross feeling.
