Selections are poor and prices are high. Not the worst Goodwill but Goodwill in Indiana is a poor representation of charity shops

I've shopped at Boutique 125 several times and until I read a very disturbing an inaccurate post on…read morea social network, I thought I would give my opinion. Of all the times I have gone to this store both times during the original owners and the gentleman who acquired it, I have gotten nothing but great service, courteous to a fault, and the merch is priced really well for the high-quality items that are sold. I not only have been able to clothe my daughter when she was a teenager but my son and even my grandchild. Some of the best pairs of pants my son had come from Boutique 125. There are lots of great deals to be had at Boutique 125 and it is a shame that Dusten B. and Michal O. had such bad experiences. I have never had a bad issue. Once a pair of jeans that didn't fit right on my daughter, and I took them back and the man allowed us to exchange them for something that fit better. He even gave us a small discount on a shirt she wanted. This is definitely a local business that deserves patronage.

I brought in some "excellent condition/new without tags" size 12-18, women's, trendy clothes..while…read moretheir employee looked over mine, I looked around the store, hoping to get some store credit, to upgrade my wardrobe. I was shocked that they had very little "plus size" women's clothes(what they did have was walmart brands) and figured they would really appreciate the expensive, name-brand items I brought. By the time she was done, I had only found 1 top that I even wanted to try on, and I ended up leaving without it...because, the girl running the counter said they weren't interested in ANY of the items I brought. I won't go back, ever. #1 they don't have any cute normal sized women clothing #2 they aren't interested in carrying those sizes #3 they aren't even friendly enough to tell you what they are looking for or why they are turning your items down. So I just won't bring anything else in or shop there at all.

We ate lunch at The Patio and ended up passing this boutique on the way to our car. I'm SO glad we…read moredid! It's a great location for gifts, personal purchases, or home decor. I am always prone to checking out jewelry but, I'd highly recommend looking at the rings and pendants around the cash register (I've added some photos). My favorite part was all the art work and vintage decor that is upstairs. The art is reasonably priced for original work($100-$200). I imagine all the unique pieces sell quickly. It's great shopping for farmhouse, mid-century and everything in between. Lastly, there was an extra friendly woman who was working and setting up a new display. She was helping all the customers even though she was busy! I highly recommend for some awesome shopping!

What a cute little spot in the even more cute town of Roanoke. I decided to stop in after seeing…read moretheir sign by the highway while passing through the area. BEST decision ever last Friday afternoon. The owner is super attentive and will help you find exactly what you need. I was the only person in there during that time but I am sure she is always helping locals who stop in to find that perfect, unique gift. I was blown away at their diverse selection. Upstairs was vintage antiques- some items were expensive while others were reasonable. The prices were typical for any type of antique/boutique shops in the Fort Wayne area. Downstairs was a large selection of knick knack gifts. I especially noticed the different card selection- you won't find cards like these at Walgreens. Great for a personal touch. I was looking for a gift for my nephew's upcoming 2nd birthday. I was pleased to find a decent selection of child toys and clothes! I love finding him presents that are different from the limited selection at larger chain stores. In the back of the downstairs is a room filled with women's clothes, bags, accesories. I asked and some stuff is local (and she is always looking for more local goodies to sell!!! woohooo!) and some is produced in other states but not largely produced. You could tell by the quality that the items were hand stitched. I look forward to hitting up the Paper Moon next time I am in need of a unique, eclectic gift!
