With that I am noticing an uptick in pricing and some decor feels out of alignment now, making it too close to retail pricing for me to take it home. We always find a few things at Re-Tail and it continues to be one of our favorite thrift shops to visit. Service is friendly and welcoming, and we love the rewards program implemented. Street parking. Make sure to watch signage in J-Town that outlines restricted times.

I am all about thrift shops, especially one whose proceeds go to the Animal Care Society, a non-kill/non-profit organization that gives second chances to Louisville animals in need. I wish that I had known about this wonderful shop when we adopted a puppy last year. There are so many items for pets in the shop, and most look brand new. We could have obtained our pup's collar, harness, food/water bowls, leash, and cute sweater here for less than half of what we paid retail!! In addition to pet-related items, there are household items, home decor items, linens, toys, books, clothing, shoes, jewelry, and much more. I'm certain that there would be new treasures to see with each visit due to continuing donations. The shop is clean, odor-free and well-organized. The lady who checked us out was so very kind and told us about their program that allows for a $5 off coupon after a certain amount of purchases. This thrift shop is a hidden gem and I will be donating my items here from now on, so that I can support the animals, and I know that I will be a frequent flyer perusing the goods for that item that I didn't know I needed!

Holy moly is this the place to be on a rainy weekend. My best friend and I recently visited, and…read morethe parking lot was packed. And the inside of the Middletown Peddlers Mall? Packed as well, with all manner of knickknacks, antiques and weird odds and ends. I wouldn't go looking for one thing in particular. It's likely better if you go to have fun browsing, and then any great finds are the cherries on top. MPM is a bit of a maze, so it seems like you want to block out at least an hour to peruse. We saw furniture, toys, books, clothes, housewares, records, jewelry and more, dating back to several time periods and decades. I ended up buying sheet music for jazz tunes that mention "Kentucky" and "Louisville" in the titles that I plan to frame at some point. The prices on most items seemed reasonable, but it can vary booth to booth. If you fancy yourself an antique lover, bargain hunter or just like looking at weird and beautiful things, this is a place to check out.

There are tons of booths and everyone prices their wares differently but you can find good deals. Good value for the most part. Today I found an item I was interested in that sadly had no price, so I took it to the front desk and they were very helpful and called the owner of that booth, but had to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately I had to leave before they got an answer, but they took my name and number and called about 5 minutes after I left. I couldn't return but so appreciated their help! It's fun to walk around here, but also it feels dated and cluttered sometimes. Plan to spend time to enjoy looking at everything if this is your cup of tea!!

Inside is a plethora of goods with something for everyone. The store is clean with no musty 'antique' odor. Items are provided by various vendors and are artfully displayed with very reasonable prices. There are collectibles, costume jewelry, vintage books/ephemera, toys, vintage records, household items, bicycles, vintage clothing /accessories, and much, much more. I was told that vendors change the merchandise in their areas often, meaning that there should be new items to see on future visits. The shop is contained in 2 small houses next to each other, on the corner of Evergreen Rd and Old Shelbyville Rd. The staff in both shops were very welcoming and friendly, leaving us to browse without stress. Plenty of dedicated parking is around the buildings. Allow plenty of time for your visit so that you can see all the goodies! You are likely to find something that you didn't know you needed!

It consists of a barn and a nearby house originally built in 1912. The main store (barn) is well laid out and easily navigated. Prices are quite reasonable, inventory well displayed, and very immaculate overall appearance. Definitely worth multiple visits throughout the year as inventory changes. I purchased a Big Blue M&M Peanuts cookie jar with lid and add it to my March Madness Decor. Perfect for sausage balls.
