The furniture is very organized, sometimes arranged into room configurations or groups of the same (like bar stools or counter chairs.) Bad- to contrast the young man I just mentioned, there is a manager that works there that I found very rude and disrespectful. I came to the store with about 10 min to spare. I just needed a tool box. I pulled up and as I was about 15 ft in front of the doors, the manager person came up and locked the doors. He could clearly see I was about to enter. But he locked up and just walked away pretending he didn't notice. Normally I'd just leave, but the fact that I saw him look at me and then walk away and just mosey around while I stood outside the doors pissed me off. So I stood there waiting for him to look and see if I was still there. He did, I waved, he came over with a scowl unlocked the doors and said we close in 3 min. I looked at my phone, they closed jn 7 min. So I said oh yeah in about 7 min actually- he cut me off and said do you see any yet customers in here ? We have already started closing down and we're mopping the floor. I said oh ok that's no problem at all I will come back another day. But do you happen to know if you have tool boxes or any kind of locking boxes ? I just wanted to know if I should even bother coming back so I was hoping he'd be cool about answering a simple yes or no. But instead he huffs and turns around to the guy mopping and annoyed sounding tells him to go see if we have any "tool boxes". I was fed up with his attitude and his disrespect to a customer looking for one item that was well within their store hours. I just said no don't worry about it's not a big deal sorry to have interrupted your night I'll come back Another time and just went back to my car. Manager said nothing after that just locked up again and went about his way. I realize 10 min before closing is not the time You want to see someone enter your store When you live already done closing procedures and hoping to leave work right away. Been there done that. But to not only lock the door on me as walked up, and then walk away like u didn't see me and make me stand there for 3 min before you peek over to see if you've been rid of me, was really offensive. As a human being to another it's just rude. But then to explain why I have no right to enter as if I'm a huge burden to you and your staff and go out of your way to be as in accommodating as possible becuz I just want me to get lost asap, was just kinda disgusting. No apology no kind words no help nothing but hostility and annoyance and disrespect. Funny thing is, I've worked as a customer service manager for a large company for a long time and I get it, so if he would have just met me at the door when I walked up and said hey miss I'm sorry but we're about to be closed in a few minutes. But we will be open tomorrow morning at X time. I would have appreciated the kindness and happily so ok thank you I will see you tomorrow. But the fact that he locked me out 10 min early and paced around knowing I was standing outside is the reason I didn't just leave right away. So much target, Walmart, and SHEIN. Tops start at $6 (rare) but usually are $8, and many things are stained and ripped. Like so many things... Shoe prices are completely unreasonable, and they price leather or suede items at up to $35-$50. You cannot find a single item below four dollars, and the four dollar items you do find are stained, completely blown out, unwearable tank tops. I used to go here all the time. It was my favorite thrift store for years, but the quality has gone down and the pricing has gone up. It's very disappointing. Goodwill do better, you'd be better off shopping at TJmaxx or online NEW for LITERALLY a couple dollars more

I had a baby and nothing fits me anymore. I was so excited to find a cute pair of black Free People overalls that were comfy, short and fit my mom bod. I tried them on and got them with a credit that I had. We then went to my sister's house, there were a group of us there for my birhday, and everyone was so excited about my find. I tried them on again to show everyone but when I took them off I was HORRIFIED to find vaginal dishcharge inside of the pants that I had just purchased and now had tried on twice. It was not a small amount and it was not from since I was wearing panties and it was DRY. I was so disgusted and upset, it was a buzz kill on my birthday, it is so gross! I called right away and explained the situation. Whoever I spoke to acted like they were mortified. I explained the situation, that I had alread taken the tags off and that I did not live close by. I was reasured that I could bring the pants in and get my cedit back when I had a chance. I asked if I needed anything, if they needed my name or would put a note on file. I was told not to worry about anything. My mom, best friend, my husband and sister all heard the call because it was on speaker. I know one of us has a picture of the pants and tag which we will find, I do have a screenshot of the call made that day. My sister washed the pants for me because I was not okay with having them around my daughter. Once clean, I kept them in the car until I had a chance to go. Well, the north location that I went to is closed so I waited until I was near the Littleton location, which was today. I don't live by either. I was told that because I don't have the tag and it was in June that the owner said that I could not have my credit, which goes against what I was told on the call infront of a bunch of people. I am mad because it was their responsibility to check that outfit before it went out and someone else's dry bodily fluids touched me, twice! To be told that this would be made right on the phone and not have that honored today is wrong. We all know that they probably paid a few bucks for the overalls at most. They can easily see that I purchased them on June 3rd. They couldn't make a really disgusting situaiton right over a few bucks and that to me shows a complete lack of integrity. It was a first time for my daughter and I but they were very nice with giving us a brief tour about both facilities, how they worked, when they expected deliveries, and how people were able come in via appointment or walk in to get clothing (point system) and groceries. Everyone was so nice. It was a great first experience for my daughter for her volunteer service so we definitely would come back to do the grocery side.
