Great place to shop and to donate gently used goods. Located near Costco, Home Depot and WalMart, makes for an efficient round of errands when needed. Team was helpful in collecting the goods as well as providing a receipt. It did not disappoint! Thank you!

I drove by today after hearing people were just dumping stuff out front. I thanked the workers. Please consider using websites like letgo or Freecycle to give away your unwanted items. This business is closed and they told me donations are accepted starting at 9am.

Love the Goodwill in Lake Zurich. They always have nice clean items on hand. Prices are fair. They don't try to gouge you like some of the other resale places. I have posted some photos of nice items we have picked up here. Great place to shop...

    This trinket box was ruined.

Your prices are ridiculously high for USED items that sometimes are falling apart. Also, PLEASE STOP putting that nasty clear tape over everything. It ruins the items being purchased. Which wouldn't be so bad if we could return them. Conveniently, I cannot return my ruined item. Nice racket you got going!

Their prices are crazy!! For stuff they get for free!! Some items are marked for the same price They were originally for sale brand new in the store. These people are greedy. 10$ for a used tank top and 5$ for Ipsy makeup bags that are FREE!!! GREEDY!! Will no longer shop at goodwill

There is a sign in process - you are not really acknowledged and simply sign a check-in sheet. Behind the desk, they don't seem to be in a hurry to check you in. After about 15 minutes, we were called back so they could check her in, then told to sit in the lab waiting room. We really didn't wait very long before we were called back into the phlebotomy room. They took blood and we left. We arrived at an off hour so the wait was probably shorter than it would have been at, say 5:00 or over the weekend. That was good. Overall, a decent experience. If the staff acknowledged people when they came in, it would be a better experience.

The lab and imaging center is easy to access and utilize. Sign in is very simple, a doctor faxes the order in, you schedule a visit time and show up. Wait times for lab service are very short, I'm sure they probably get long during peak hours but the lab seems well staffed and has a lot of patient bays to handle a lot of blood or specimen collections at once. I was sent here on order of my ENT out of caution as I have Covid like symptoms, sore throat runny and stuffy nose but no fever. I didn't have a fever last time I got Covid so we felt it was smarter than not to simply get swabbed. Covid testing isn't expensive, they just make it look expensive. What impressed me was the lab technicians ability to handle a fax problem and provide quick solutions. I simply called my doctors secretary and they faxed it directly to the machine in the lab room, the lab technician quickly got the fax and took me in after she finished with another patient. Sample collection was easy and comfortable, the new PCR swabs are so much easier to deal with than the old ones. Also the new Cobas PCR technology is astounding. One swab three tests. Covid Influenza A/B If you need a covid test and your doctor is in the Northwest Community Network the Kildeer lab rocks. They also look to be very well equipped for phlebotomy so I'll make sure that any advanced blood testing gets sent here. I'd much prefer this facility over the often cramped and small feeling Quest diagnostics facilities though the Quest facility in Palatine closed, maybe their newer facilities are nicer. A lab is a lab at the end of the day but when it comes to PCR labs this lab stands out. Their ability to turn a 30 minute full fledged PCR result is astounding. Waiting area is nice and comfortable, a water dispenser is available and there's tons of seating. Those who are covid paranoid like me have plenty of area to social distance from others. I will definitely choose this lab for my next lab work needs and their imaging center is also great at its job. Had an ultrasound done there on short notice a while back and they were super fast to send me home with the disk. The lab is how the urgent care center needs to become.

There's a…read morenumber of reasons for that as I'm just not a big cookie guy (really selective in the kinds I do like), out of spite as I was a Boy Scout and we never sold anything that was super popular, or they're just simply overrated. The new for 2026 "Exploremores" have a promising description albeit bizarre name. They're described as "sandwich cookies with chocolate, marshmallow, and almond flavored creme". The chocolate cookies are just fine, but the creme in the center is what really shines. I don't know if Rocky Road would have been my first flavor guess. The actual flavor is close enough to Rocky Road that knowing the cookies are supposed to be that flavor, I can see it upon tasting. For me, the marshmallow really comes through, and I get just a hint of almond that is not that noticeable. In a nutshell, these taste like a chocolate marshmallow. Curiosity got the best of me, and I had to try one cookie frozen. It might be the brain freeze talking, but having this cookie chilled completed the Rocky Road picture.
