Don't waste your time here. They over price donated materials, which others nor I understand how they get their prices. I would and could be better off paying at an outlet store the same price for new items I'm looking for. Lastly to add, I understand everyone is going through some emotional issues while at work but you shouldn't take it out on the customer. If you don't like the job move on is what I say. Deloris the manager was very rude when I brought a wedding dress to the front. She told me the price was $40 and when I told her that it was $30, she gestured to the next customer and checked six people out without saying anything else to me. Her coworker stood there with the dress in her hand while Deloris said nothing to me. My husband went and took a picture the sign. We stood there and she said nothing to us. I got back in line and showed it to her and she said, "the sign says and up." It doesn't. She said well in my system it doesn't say $30. She then gestured to the next customer and moved past me again. I left. Moments later, I came back and waited for her to have no line. She said nothing to me. Someone got in line and I got in line behind them and waited my turn. I asked her how it was my fault that the price was incorrect. She said it wasn't but she can't change the price. As a manager she can't change the price when the sign was wrong. Doesn't make sense. I also asked why she skipped me multiple times and didn't find a solution. She said, "I am non confrontational and as a professional I wanted to get my line down before I spoke with you. I knew that it was going to be an issue so I moved on." There wasn't an issue until she skipped over me multiple times. She continued to look to the other customers for support. I wasn't rude or loud. I was patient and waited my turn and she ignored me. She's very rude and I will not shop at that location any longer. read more

Stopped by today and Deloris the manager was very rude to me about clearly printed prices that was wrong on her end then snatched the item from me when I told her I no longer wanted it for that price then proceeded to help the guest behind me before I even paid for my other items! I will not be back to this location for awhile hopefully things change I see in other comments this isn't the first bad review the lady has gotten and she is still around.. read more

My favorite goodwill! The employees always speak to you and are so nice. I cannot say that for the other Ridgeland Goodwill. It is well organized and easy to see what's new in the store. read more
