I was completely out of my element when I drove into the parking lot. Upon walking in I was greeted by a wonderful and compassionate to m young woman named Terri. She set me at ease and made me feel very welcome. I explained why I was there and she directed me to Cory. He too was most helpful and appreciated my presence. They were very professional and most importantly, they treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this business for all your jewelry needs! Five stars does not seem to demonstrate how wonderful these two people were!! Respectfully, L. Smith read more

Have your diamonds reevaluated. I was sold an $18,000 heritage collection ring only to have it reappraised at around $1500 for the diamond.

Juniker is the most comprehensive jewelry store I have visited. You are greeted the moment you enter but never feel pressured. The beautiful inventory makes browsing a treat and they are happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Juniker is the only jewelry store we use, they are honest, have the most beautiful pieces and treat you like family. these attributes along with the competitive prices makes shopping at Juniker a no brainer! read more

I needed my diamond drop put on a new chain that was purchased out of town. Kathy was so helpful and was able to have the jeweler do this while I waited! I offered to pay for their service but they said no charge!!! What a beautiful store with exceptional customer service! I will definitely come back soon!! Thank you, Juniker Jewelry!! read more

Great food great people, I have never ever had a bad meal here!!! The service was great, the food was greater, even Bob's old jokes are funnny!! read more

After being told they were the best, I sent a message and called about the jewelry I was hoping to sell. Was told to bring it in that they accept all jewerly, well not true. Corey, I'm guessing was the owner, told me he wasn't interested that he already had enough rings in the size I had. I politely asked him how much an appraisal would be, he answered , I was kinda of stunned and went OH my! He told me I could elsewhere and turned around and walked off. People have bad days and I hope that is what this was but I will never step foot in there again and I will not recommend this store to anyone I know. read more

While their jewelry is beautiful and most everyone there has been kind and helpful, the woman who helped my fiance get our wedding bands purchased made snide comments about where he bought my ring from (another jewelry store in Jackson) it left a bad taste in mine and my finances mouth. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. He mentioned he will not buy anything from Juniker because of this. Customer service truly matters to some people. read more

Bought a "Rolex" watch only to find out that parts were after market and Juniker would not even stand by their product to give me a letter of authenticity. in reading the reviews........always an excuse. Would never purchase again from them. They did use to have an outstanding reputation but alas no more read more

While the customer service was friendly, they were not very helpful. I feel like they scammed me out of my money - as they took in a couple watches saying they had a watchmaker that would be able to look at my watches, and at least tell me what was wrong with them, but hopefully be able to repair them (they advertise jewelry repair). After having my watches for a week - I get a text saying that they received my watches and weren't able to repair them. Once I get to the store, I come to find that the watchmaker hasn't even touched my watches, much less identified what was wrong with them. The icing on the cake? I had to pay an exorbitant shipping fee for them to send MY jewelry to a watchmaker that didn't even attempt to fix them. All of this could've been avoided if the staff bothered to place a call to the watchmaker before sending my watches. I feel like I was scammed out of my money, and would rate them lower, if not for them at least being polite and friendly. read more

You will be wise to get a second opinion on ANY jewelry repairs. After over 30 years of using Juniker, my family will now never use them again. Our trust has been broken. So sad. After paying $200 then a short time later, charging an additional almost $700 to "fix" my 87 year old Mother's tennis bracelet in a gold jacket, she wore her "fixed" bracelet for two weeks, it broke again. They then said it would cost thousands to really fix it. I brought her bracelet to my jeweler in Houston, TX. He fixed it for under$100. read more

Super friendly staff. Went in for a quick watch adjustment and found more jewelry that caught my eye. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend read more

I had a piece appraised there and and three months after the appraisal (in which I paid over $200 for). I decided to see if they would be interested in purchasing the piece. Cory Ravenstein then informed me the piece they appraised for nearly $9,000, they would only pay $600.00 for. To say I was shocked and insulted is an understatement. Apparently honesty and treating repeat customers well is not a policy of theirs. I couldn't in good conscience recommend doing business with a company as this. read more

I was very let down with how my fiancé and I were treated here. Yes, we are 23 and 24 years old, but that doesn't mean you treat us any differently. I will not speak a certain name, but a certain sir acted like we had no business being in there wasting his time. Our price range apparently did not match his expectation, and the rest of our interaction in the store was over after that. He seemed pre-occupied, and not worried about finding us anything. We told him what we were thinking and he would continue to go different routes as if to show us he wasn't paying any attention to us and that what we wanted didn't matter. I would recommend Albriton's Jewelry over these people ANY DAY. The man who helped us didn't even ask us our price range until he found and designed the exact thing I wanted. And he even worked with me on the price to make it fit my budget! read more

I brought my engagement ring here to be sized on a Saturday at about 12:15 pm, I was the only customer in the store. First issue I had was that I reached out to see how much it cost to get a ring sized and they wouldn't even tell me the basic price, which is $118. This already seems steep, but since they're one of the few jewelers open right now, I guess we can't complain. Second issue, the sales associate called me 'young lady' at least 3 times during our interaction. Regardless of my age, it felt extremely condescending. He also made a comment about me living in an apartment, instead of in Madison, when I had to give him my address. Third issue, when I asked about ring sizing, first it was 10 days, for $118. Don't want to wait that long? You can pay our expedited price, $177 and get it on Monday afternoon. He could sense my hesitation to pay for "expedited" ring sizing, and once I asked if they did same-day, he talked to a jeweler and told me I could get it that afternoon. So from 10 days, to 2 days, to actually about 3 hours, for $189 with tax. My band is the most basic, so the fact that they said it would take 10 days is a bit absurd. Hindsight, I should have just left, but I paid the expedited price to get my ring sized, and I will not be back. read more

Every time I've come to do business at this store, John & Teddy, have been nice but Corey overshadowed them and made me feel that I could not afford to be there. I have given Juniker several opportunities to see if the service would change but it did not. More than three strikes. The service should be the same no matter who enters the doors. read more

Friendly, helpful staff and a great selection! In my experience, they have the largest selection of fine jewelry in the metro area. I don't love that they moved way out to Madison, but their new building does give them more room to display what they have. read more

I took my twenty-five year old diamond ring to Juniker Jewelers looking for a new setting. Jackie helped me find a beautiful classic setting from the Heritage collection that completely transformed my diamond!! I am so happy with the look of my new ring!! It's hard to believe that I had my old ring in my drawer for the past several years. I love my new ring and the price for my new setting was so affordable. The Heritage collection is really beautiful!! I am pleased with my experience at Juniker Jewelers!! read more

Walked into this store simply to shop around for bands in preparation for my upcoming wedding, as this is my first time doing so. While evaluating their selection a saleswoman greeted me with a very condescending tone when I stated this is my "first time" shopping for men's jewelry. Any time I asked a basic question concerning a piece, the saleswoman would scoff as if I were supposed to already know the answer. There was genuinely no help from sales staff and felt very uncomfortable and disappointed as I walked away. Their sales staff, store environment, and way of business are far from a pleasurable experience. Customer inquiries should be taken more seriously, even from "first timers" like myself. I stopped by other nearby jewelry stores in the Madison/Ridgeland area, all of which were much more helpful (I also highly recommend going to any of these first.). read more

I stopped into Juniker today and asked if they could look at an old ring I had found. They were very courteous and helpful, and cleaned the ring for me. It is now a beautiful family treasure!! They have some very beautiful pieces on display. I will definitely return for my next jewelry purchase! If you ever need a stunning piece of jewelry that you will enjoy for years, I recommend going to Juniker Jewelry. read more

These guys have some beautiful pieces at pretty affordable prices. Great customer service and definitely comes with a 'family-owned' feel. I have my eye on a few things and will definitely be in next time I can convince my husband to buy me something pretty :) read more

Do NOT shop here. You can buy similar and even better looking pieces of jewelry for the same or less money elsewhere. Furthermore, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I bought my girlfriend two pieces for Christmas last year, and went to return them as she was wanting something different. Would not give the money back, NOR were they amicable about the whole transaction. They must be hurting if they need the $1500 that badly. Family owned, but NOT family values. Will not be shopping for pieces here. Waste of money and time. Save yourself the trip read more

Juniker Jewelry was so helpful when I was shopping for engagement rings. We ended up custom designing one of their Mississippi Heritage rings, and the process was stress free and easy! And when it was time to pick out bands, they custom fit one to the ring. Everything turned out perfect! I highly recommend Juniker! read more
