Probably the most poorly managed store in the MERS network. The management team is lazy, emotionless, and incapable. Most of the items for sale in the store are wildly overpriced and covered in filth at the same time. There are never any carts in the store, none of the employees are ever wearing a name tag probably because they are all aware of just how bad of a job they are doing and don't want to be identified in any customer complaints. It's essentially a price gouging outfit put in place to fleece the low income residents in the surrounding area. Some of whom are not shopping at Goodwill for fun but out of necessity. And unfortunately due to the long-standing mismanagement situation here this incredibly overpriced thrift store is one of the only options they have access to. It's just amazing to see dirty little televisions from 20 years ago with $50 price tags on them when the exact same things are sold for less than half as much in thrift stores that are in much wealthier areas. read more

Found some wonderful books of short stories to read and display. The old illustrations are beautiful. Never know what you'll find.

This cashiers at this location have terrible customer service skills. First off you really have to watch what they charge you for things- for example, what qualifies as a blanket at most other locations will be upgraded to bedspread ( and a higher price) here.its happenned many times ..they'll consider a regular dress a formal and charge you 12 bucks for it,and if you don't review your receipt afterwards,they'll get it by you.Ive even asked them to tell me the price as they ring it up,only to be given attitude and a problem. I try to avoid a particular cashier who really just seems to despise being there. Shrs overcharged me several times, talks so that I can not hear her, wont tell me when I need to insert or remove my debit card and this last time when I said " do I need to put my card in now?" ( they had changed the system and you used to have to wait for the green light-)she easily shrugged her head as if she didn't know why I was asking.She sucks all around at customer service, I dont know why shes even there,shes got a chip on her shoulder and is just unpleasant. She also has rubbed her hand on the price tags on non clothing items ,to see if the tag comes off easily ,and then acting like I had put a different tag on there! Shes even denied the price marked was the price! Unfortunately this is one if the better locations ,meaning they get a lot more merchandise to choose from than other locations so I go here a lot. And they to avoid her ..and another cashier. Overall the store is clean,gets a lot of merchandise so there is a lot to pick from. I found a lot of great deals here. Most of the clothes were to small for me, but I found a lot of stuff new with tags still on it. Most of the clothes I saw were $3 or $4, which was definitely a great deal in my opinion. They had a huge surplus of Pentene Keratin treatment. I could have bought all of them had I had more space. Found some Catholic knick knacks and two pairs of shoes for my big feet. If I had lived in the area, I certainly would have taken up the chance to buy a $25 couch or the many appliances they had available. Was very impressed by the selection of leotards for gymnastics. MALE EMPLOYEE WALKED IN ON ME WHILE IN THE DRESSING ROOM! He knocked and did not hear me respond twice (or maybe he did), another employee TOLD HIM "Someone is in there!" he responded while unlocking the door "I GUESS WE'LL FIND OUT IF SOMEONE IS IN HERE!" I spoke to the manager and calling regional manager tomorrow. Maybe employees could bend down to check under the door BEFORE they invade a person's privacy?! But I get a feeling that its too inconvenient to show respect to another human being. read more

i've visited this location a few times, they have good deals but the selection is eh and normally they carry more low quality items than other locations. still worth checking out as you never know what you'll find at goodwill but i'll stick to my go tos! read more

I used think this Goodwill was okay, now it is just aweful! They mark everything up. $8.99 for a throw pillow! I can get that cheaper at Target on clearance! $12.99 for their shoes. $6.00 or more on small pictures and empty picture frames. Small throws or blankets $29.99 to $34.99. It's completely ridiculous. I drive further to another Goodwill and pay $10.00 to $15.00 less for one item than I would at this location. read more
