Horrible experience and easily the worst customer service I've ever had. The employees claim they work there but don't even know their own prices -- are we being serious? The girl at the front desk was especially unprofessional. The side-eye, the attitude, the judgmental looks... completely unacceptable. Instead of helping, she made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Management seriously needs to fix the training and customer service here. I will not be coming back. read more

While the ladies in the front are helpful, that unfortunately does not make up for the outrageous prices or the rudeness and overall unwillingness to help from the workers in the back of the store. read more

I agree. The old crew is gone and since they left new employee's (male type cashier) is very rude and even gave my cart away as i was loading my car. Items had been paid for. then another day same guy sees that i am next in line and takes care of everyone in the line and leaves me there. The next visit i give the nicest female cashier a price tag on a n item i cannot carry and she smiled, took the price tag and gave me a form to fill out with the decription. she gave it to the guy and told him, she is buying this. He then sold it to someone else as i was standing there telling him I had bought it. Manager stated I should of paid for it first. I have photos of him holding items and loading a truck. I had to too get proof becasue you cannot make this stuff up. great store but this guy is no good for everyday people if he want to discrimminate. When the community drops off stuff they look at green and not color. so disappointed that i have made severial complaints already. really. read more

This goodwill location is very expensive. A lot of their items are priced higher than buying brand new at walmart or amazon with free delivery. read more

I went in to pick up an item that I purchased through the goodwill auction website. Pick up was super quick and easy. This Goodwill is a pretty good size one. Unfortunately it was pretty busy and they only had one girl up front doing price checks and checking people out. The store also smelled strongly of urine. read more

5 stars!!! This place really pissed me off. I agree with the other reviews about the ladies working the front being rude. I went into this store with my son who brought his (big) firetruck in with him to to look for a coffee table. They didn't have one I liked but I got him a detective marker that writes invisible and shows what he writes with a light. Anyway when I was paying the lady tried to charge me for his firetruck thinking I was trying to not pay for it and just pay for the marker. Then they start pointing and speaking in Spanish and I told them he brought it in (again). The other lady says if I come in with something that I need to tell them. I then said or you could look when people come in she says not if we're busy we can't. First off female, I've worked in customer service before and no matter how busy you are you're always supposed to look up and acknowledge people when that doorbell rings saying someone walked in. If you people would do your job right you wouldn't have to accuse people of stealing. If I was going to steal I would have stole the stupid little marker that I could have easily fit in my purse. I tried to call corporate and file a complaint but their mailbox was full and then it hung up on me. I normally have good experiences with goodwill but not this one so I'll just stick with the one on Vista del sol. read more
