What a mess. The clothing was very disorganized and items often didn't have price tags.

If you remember, I had a lot of brand new Little Adventures dresses (retails $25-$35 each) I was…read moreoffering to moms for free. A lot of them contacted me, but only one picked up. My daughter was really sad because she wanted to share her pretty dresses with other friends. I saw a news article that said the Child's Crisis Center in El Paso was looking for clothes and I contacted them. They were happy to take the new dresses. Unfortunately because of Covid, they are NOT able to take used clothing/toys at this time, but are accepting NEW ones. They are completely dependent on the community to help since a child costs about $300/day and the government only reimburses up to $150/day. They provide care for CPS kids, military kids, kids whose families are homeless, and respite care (if you're in need of a break and the child might be in danger you can call and ask for them to care for them while you recover). Their work SAVES KIDS. They are a nonprofit organization and gives out receipts for donations, so if you're looking for an alternative to Goodwill etc, please consider them for new items (during Covid). The new clothes and toys provided GOES with the child, since they usually arrive with nothing. They're taking used televisions, game systems, and electronics to entertain the kids so if you are upgrading yours this holiday season, please consider them as well. If you're a penny couponer, and buy items new for cheap, please consider them as well. When I penny shop, I always buy extra to donate. I just wanted to highlight this worthy organization doing great work for the community and please remember that small children can't advocate for themselves, so we must speak up. What a great local resource and organization! #supportlocal

I just moved here a month ago and its my first time coming to this store. When I finished browsing,…read moreI stood in line waiting for an associate. I noticed the self check out lines but I wanted to ask an associate about store programs/deals/subscriptions as I am a frequent thrift store visitor and this store is new to me. I observed a man standing behind the jewelry section and I kept waving at him in a friendly manner suggesting I needed assistance. After 20 minutes of being ignored, he finally asked if I was "lost or something." I asked if I could check out with an associate and he stated, "we don't have staff for that go on the self check out." I noticed a woman had also been waiting for help at a self check out station and she never received help so she walked out. I walked to the next available station and I realized I couldn't understand the system so I requested for help on the monitor which made the station number blink. As I waited, I observed 2 women at the station behind me checking out items (or so I thought). One of them starred at me the entire time I stood there but didn't think much of it. After another 10 minutes of receiving no help, I moved over to another register and figured the system out. As I'm finishing up and recovering my receipt, I begin to walk out when the lady that was starting at me earlier when I needed help, approaches me and asks me to leave the hangers at the register. I asked, if she saw I needed help earlier, why didn't she advise me she was with a client but could help me at her earlier convenience?? She just stood there and watched me struggle. She rolled her eyes and walked away towards the gentleman standing behind the jewelry section to begin a conversation. I was so agitated by the lack of courtesy, lack of customer service, lack of staff it seems as I never saw any staff on the floor, and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. Overall terrible experience at this location.
