They have a great selection of vintage china, furniture, and other items, all beautifully arranged. Even though it's a thrift store, everything is so clean and well-organized--you can tell the owners put a lot of care and attention into maintaining the store. The prices are also very reasonable. I bought a lovely wooden side table to go next to my sofa--solid quality, no damage whatsoever. I also found a nearly new computer desk for my daughter, and the price was great. What truly warmed my heart was the atmosphere. The elegant lady who runs the shop has decorated the fitting room in such a cozy and tasteful way--it's even nicer than those in some big-name department stores! Her husband and their son (a kind young man) were also there, and he kindly helped load the furniture into my car. That thoughtful service meant a lot to me. Next time I shop here, I also plan to bring some gently used household items to donate. I sincerely hope more people will discover and support this wonderful local store. They not only run their business with heart, but also quietly give back to the community.

If I was a much younger man just starting out in life and had to rebuild from ground up, than I would be shopping at thrift stores like Molly Mutt all the time. They have just about everything you need at a very affordable price. They have tons clothing and shoes; a variety of appliances, cooking utensils, and silverware; electronics, DVD's, CD's, VHS; hair care items such as irons, curlers, hair dryers; loads of books, trinkets, holiday decorations, knick knacks, and so much more. The one thing they do not have is a restroom for customers, so this cut our time here short. Alternatively, they do have a changing room so you can try on before you buy, unlike many thrift stores we have been to in the last few days. Today, I purchased a music book for piano filled with Christmas songs. The book looks like it has never been opened and is in like new condition inside and out, minus the rusted staples in the binding. I only paid .58 cents which is a huge bargain when comparing to my last few music book purchases at other thrift stores over the last couple days. All in all, it was a great stop and worth the visit, just know that there is no public restroom available so take care of business before you arrive.

The Daily Thrift has multiple rooms packed floor to ceiling with treasures. Everything over $1 was 50 percent off when I visited. They sell bags, home goods, collectibles, shoes, small appliances, clothes, jewelry, art, and tons of other things. They had a whole hallway of cool vintage toys. Some of the more unusual things I spotted were a suit of Spanish armor and all of the medals a marathoner won in his many races. I ended up spotting an entire shelf of the Royal Rose pattern of my grandmothers China that I inherited so the friendly owner and I made a deal and I took two boxes home. Someday soon I will be able to throw a dinner party for 100. I was sorely tempted to take home a few other things but I don't think I have the room to display them the way they deserve. You walk in through the "Rocket City Retro" doors (which house a very nice mid century modern store at the back) and go to the right for the Astronaut's Wife. They have many stunning quality clothes (especially dresses) within a well organized and cool store. I purchased white leather cowboy boots (which I'd been looking for forever!) and three dresses for New Years. The owner was kind and did not bother us while we were browsing. Great selection, reasonable prices, and a great name!
