Bella carried herself with professionalism and made everything smooth and easy, which I truly appreciated. I drove to the back door of the store and rang the door bell to let an associate inside know that I was out back. With in a minute or two, a nice lady opened the door and pushed an empty grocery cart towards my trunk. We loaded the cart and and then thanked me for the donation. I didn't ask for a receipt and she didn't offer one before I got back in mu car and drove away. I was very happy to get rid of my trash so it could become someone else's treasures.

I had a few bags of things which easily fit into my car and I was able to do drop off. They offer to assist you in bringing them inside. They also ask if you need a receipt for your records/taxes. They also have bins in the back of the store if you want to just drop off the bags. For people who can't drop off or have large items of donation such as furniture, you can give them a call and schedule a time for pick up.
