They delivered it... sort of. They wouldn't put it on her bed frame. Just left it there for her to do it. An older woman... with a bad back... yeah. If she had been aware that this would fall to her maybe she would have chosen some place different- a place where service means something and helping people matters. Honestly, just buy your mattresses from Amazon. I'd bet our regular Prime driver would have brought it in, set it up and even made the bed for her.

He didn't greet me or make any attempt to help me unload until I asked and then said the carts were full. There was already a sidewalk full of previous donations so I proceeded to add to the pile. Our donations were neatly boxed, taped, and not too heavy but he sighed with each removal. No offer of a receipt or even a thank you for the donation. Wow...definitely will rethink where our next donation goes...lack of appreciation and poor customer service doesn't set well.

I have gone a couple of times with very specific items in mind (not usually wise when thrifting), and miraculously, those items were there. Honestly, a dark green velveteen jacket, a black velvet cape, and a black lace blouse? They also have wonderful NORMAL stuff and brand name clothing in good shape. On another visit with out of town thrifting friends, they went a little crazy here. They tell me they will have lists for their next visit.

Good Selection, Not So Friendly Staff…read more I was in Dalton and needed a few things and thought I would check this depot out. I ended up finding what I needed and made my way to the Pro Department to checkout and the girl working was alone at the desk with no customers. She saw me waiting in her line as the only human there and she asked what I wanted... I said to check out. She literally told me she was busy and to go checkout somewhere else! Wow! So based on this singular transaction I don't feel the pro department is professional at all! I'll avoid this Home Depot in the future.

I was greeted within 6 steps of walking in the door by a door greeter that said "let us know if we can help you with anything". I felt welcomed immediately. I couldn't help but notice that they had a big paint department. They also had lots of paint, lawn mowers as you can see in my pictures. I even saw a bulk of bounty paper towels for around $18.
