Our sales person said she could not sell us the bed at the lower price without the owner's approval which was nowhere to be found. We waited around for nearly an hour ready to pay and no owner. We finally left and our sales person said she will call us first thing in the morning. Morning came and went and no call. Finally called the sales person back who still had not spoken to the owner. She finally called us back an hour later and gave us some song and dance about the bed on line not being the same even though the manufacturer and item numbers we the same. Horrible service, empty promises, and no price matching. We took our business elsewhere.

Sad part is if you were to have a garage sale, you could sell it cheaper than that, but no one would buy it. They'd buy it from here, just because it's sitting in a store.
