Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. They make a noticeable effort and it is appreciated. (Some thrifts are a hot mess but not this one!) Easy drop off area, plenty of parking, organized items. I only wish they had more art and books! read more

Yesterday was my first visit. I didn't even know this location was here, until recently, so I was pleasantly surprised -- and couldn't wait to check it out. store: spacious, well-organized, and clean. selection: awesome! Plenty to choose from in each section. Fair pricing. staff: helpful, and diligent about keeping the countertops, shopping carts and surfaces sanitized. I think this is the best goodwill in MD. I always find SOMETHING in here. On trend clothing items and home goods. :)

At times there are some good finds. The cashiers need to be more respectable and not make fun of customers when customers make a mistake.

The Goodwill in Clinton Maryland was the best. Go thing we drove from Florida there because my trunk was full with such goodies. We were visiting family and have always wanted to go there. The place was clean and the service was excellent. I'll be back next year. read more

I purposely donate to Goodwill because it creates jobs- and I trust that is true. However we do need to keep in mind that these are donated goods that the company is making more than 100 percent profit and although some of the money may help those in need bad rude management I had a very negative exchange with a manager named Toya today in the Clinton MD store. I have decided from this point on I will not donate or shop at Goodwill anymore. Clearly the management forgets that they are, in fact in business. My problem is the manager especially. I'm sitting here in the store writing this review. My niece saw a vanity table the day before and the manager on duty told me to come back tomorrow and it would be out on the floor priced. So the good auntie that I am I get to the store when they open to get the vanity. I see the same manager from yesterday and I peek through the glass of the back room and see the vanity. She tells me the pricing manager is pricing it now and it should be out in a few minutes. So I wait. So the pricing manager comes out and tells me it will be awhile before she gets to pricing it even though I explained the situation and told her I had a doctors appt. in a half hour and still needed to get there in the hazardous conditions. Also the store is basically empty because it's early and it is pouring down rain outside. So the pricing manager takes her sweet time literally getting to pricing this vanity. It wasn't because I was rude or anything that might invoke that kind of action but because she just wanted to be difficult. No other reason. And after waiting 30 min or more she finally comes out with the vanity walks right past me and sits it down a significant distance from me - and I'm waiting for the item. I follow and say thank you nicely and she barely says- you're welcome. I look at the price and its for what seems like the maximum- but my niece was expecting it and I didn't have time to complain because I'm already late. I get it...everyone has a bad day even me but this treatment was not right, I was offended and will take my future business elsewhere. read more

Was so glad when this place opened. I have been a thrift shopper for over 20 years now, so I can spot out a good thrift store in a heart beat. I went to this location last week, and found such good stuff that I had to force myself to put some things back. I got a few things, and put the others back to wait for the Labor Day weekend sale. So Labor Day comes, and the whole store was 25% off. On top of the the that I put back a few days ago were still there, yay!!!!, and the really nice cashier names Angela K, marked down the prices on the already great prices. I found some great stuff, and plan to go again and again. read more

I go to this store at least once a week. It is always clean and organized. The employees are friendly and work fast.

Not much to choose from. This store needs more of a inventory other then clothes. Vary run down looking and looks to be closed unless you know they are open. I would much rather go to a different store then come back to this one. Also there was a nice looking table set for the dining room. Way to over priced for it being damaged the way it was. 3 out of the 4 chairs where damaged pretty badly and the set was way over priced for something in this condition. My friends have worked at good will for a long time and I trust where the donations go.. but if your going to rip out the $$$ try and have the stuff cleaned up and fixed up. I know people are there to make a difference but this store was in dire need of some help. read more

My sister and I visited this location since we were in the area. Wow, great selection of items, we found quite a few brand name items in immaculate condition. Of course the store was in amazing condition because the grand opening was August 13th. We also loved the fact they created a little play area for the kiddies, so if I have my son with me, he will stay entertained. I took one star only because the lines we long and didn't seem to move fast. However, it was 50% off Saturday and everyone's cart were pretty packed. Would definitely come back. read more

glad we got one in clinton md... there needs to be more in pg county period. but this one is nice... idk if its cause its brand new but everythign is nicely setup and clean. workers are helpful and the selection of everything from clothes to electronics are plentiful. the only thing about goodwill are the prices. some of the stuff they really do research and price them and its way too high. read more
