DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a sectional from this store. I was hesitant at first…read morebecause of the color, I have kids and pets. Anyway they reassured me that I'd be fine since it comes with a warranty and with the warranty I'd be able to have it cleaned as often as I like and that it covered Paws claws and even beaks. So knowing this I went ahead ad purchased it. well the sectional was delivered and during the delivery I noticed the Ottoman was broken. So the drivers took a pic of it and said that I'll most likely get a replacement. Well now apparently there is nothing that can do about the ottoman. They are telling me that this was a closeout purchase which means the couch is sold as is EVEN BROKEN, oh and get this I CANT GET THE WARRANTY EITHER.. So I was basically tricked into buying this ottoman and they wont even take it back or make the situation right.

That's not what your commercials say. Y'all make it sound like you'd have the parts we need but when it came down to it we were told those would be here Monday. But we can't give you a cost because the prices change so often. We ended up getting a price at the end of all this back and forth about sizes etc. it's about 30 dollars higher than other vendors. Then we proceeded with the rest of our items to check out and the assistant manager was fidgety pacing while the other lady put the filter away. She then went back to her and said they want the filter. NO we said we would return at a later date for the grille and filter yet she almost tried to force the sale. I just didn't like her style or personality. It was a hard clash. and her inability to help. We will NEVER go back. Totally frustrating experience

I let the crew know the other side was open tp get the ditchwitch in. They picked the closest gate. The ditchwitch couldn't make the turn through the gate. After several minutes they gave up and when around the house. They had already pushed the post out. This knocked the gate out of alignment. I talked to Robert to president of Generator Supercenter. He came to look at the gate and said they would take care of it. They scheduled a time to come by for the repair. It was a no show. I called and was told the crew was tied up on another job and would reschedule at another time. I called after waiting 45 minutes and they showed up 30 minutes later. Neither one of the two guys knew a thing about how to fix a fence. They said this is going to take longer than an hour and they needed to install another generator somewhere else. They agreed to come by on Tuesday the next week. I called on Monday to verify and the date was changed to Thursday. I had taken the day off on Tuesday. All I got was the run around. I ended up going to Lowe's and getting the materials and doing it myself. Only took 2 1/2 hours picking everything up to putting my tools away. The install was fine, they just don't show up on the agreed schedule. They show up when they want to.
