I walked through the Glasgow store at different times and went through the racks looking for my clothes but I was only able to locate two of them. I was paid a small payment but for only the one item. The cashier at Glasgow could not even tell me which one sold. These were expensive items, not junk. I expected better treatment than this. However, I only gave it two stars because it's usually so messy and garbage is laying all over the place that I think they really need to do a better job of cleaning up after they have a mad rush on their isles. I used to work retail and there is a way of doing that it's called hiring more people. And when they hire people from another country, they should really know how to speak English and not look at you and say I don't speak English when you ask for something.. So those are the reasons I only gave it two stars other than that I love TJ Maxx I think it's a great store.

I think there was 5 of us back there for 20 to 30 minutes(no employee in sight). One guy got frustrated and left and me and the gentleman i was chatting with left. The other couple I'm not sure if they left or not, if I was them I would have. As for the job search, I think you have too many $9.00 an hour people with no interest in Dunhams already. Maybe you should start at the top in this store and re-evaluate your people. I dont think I'd fit in, my interest would definitely collide with what you have now.
