Probably the smallest goodwill I've ever been to. Mostly clothing, and a few aisles of housewares.

Can't tell you how disgusting these employees treat customers. Stopped in on Christmas Eve and was greeted with a rude and flat, "we close at 4". Now that type of demeanor could have been just chalked up to the "boo-hoo" factor that these Scrooges had to work Christmas Eve, but the actuality is that working in retail you usually are expected to work on some holidays; get over it or find a new job. (I did come in the store at 3:45 knowing very well what time they closed and had no intention of staying passed 4:00pm). Store was a mess, which is likely anticipated due to the holiday season, but you could clearly tell the employees could frankly care less. But let's get to the real reason I am writing this review: the utter shock of me hearing the employees rattle on and on about customers through the bathroom wall. Gossiping and cursing was heard crystal clear through the women's restroom about how they would "let 'her' know that they f'ing close at 4" and "that they need to get out". Well, fine and dandy that you need to express your frustration but when I can hear every word and how unprofessional it sounds, it just goes to show that you can't expect much from employees working at Goodwill. Likely this review will not make one bit of difference. But, I AM hoping that the lack of professionalism and common courtesy of the retail employees will be looked at and reviewed by the manager; ultimately making some changes in staffing. I thought one of the messages behind the Goodwill name was to give those that WANT a second chance to find work or just those who WANT to make a difference. I hope this review finds these two disgusting female employees held accountable for their horrible mouths (literally and figuratively speaking). read more

Drop in here and look around there may be something you need. There is a large selection of clothing as well as household items. The check out line was a bit long as there was only one checker outer. They will ask if you want to round up your purchase to the next dollar. read more

I was at this Goodwill the other day and had such a nice experience due to an awesome employee. Her name is Jessica and she was so patient and helpful with such a positive attitude. It really makes a difference with me wanting to return to a business when I'm treated this way. I always like to put in a good word for someone when they go the extra mile to do a great job. read more

The employees are rude. They price 2nd hand merchandise at brand new prices. The racks are so stuffed you can't actually shop. They always asking for money.. round up your total for employee training.. today I got my receipt and it had a $.05 "donation" on it that I didn't make. $.05 ain't much but when you charge 1,000 customer that.. that's $50. They get the high priced merchandise they sale for free so it's all profit and they still need money to train their employees? They claim they give back to the community but that's not true. All they do is give about 40 people a low paying job. read more

One of two Goodwills I know of in Bowling Green. All tops are $3 and jackets and pants are $5. I was really surprised with the quality of the men's shirts. There are expensive dress shirts and sweaters for only $3! They don't have much other than clothing. One of the best Goodwills I've been to. read more
