The reason I know this is because I called the manufacturer who told me they emailed BG Home Furnishings within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. I called BGHF several times before I called the manufacturer. No one would call me back. One time I called, the lady said today is Saturday and this is a bad day to call about your order. I replied, is this BGHF? She said yes, I said I gave you a check for $1,000.00 and you cashed it but no one is following up on my order. We finally had to go back down to the store in person, and was told ...OH, so-n-so missed the email. They never said I am sorry. They never said we made a mistake. I had to tell them Smith Brothers was waiting on a question about throw pillows. Horrible Horrible customer service. Never say never but honestly I would rather drive to Nashville than be blatantly lied to, with no apology, AND no furniture for 3 MONTHS. Do not believe their commercials.
