I scoped out United's website first to get a sense for what they had, cross checking prices across other stores because they didn't have prices listed at the time. I assume due to the massive sale they were running. Found something in stock that we liked and got it at a reasonable price. We're happy. So far so good. The in-store experience was great. We weren't pressured into anything. I asked about treatments etc for pets and got the skinny. Reasonable prices on the treatments. Delivery also reasonable. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit in the show room and test the prospects. Thanks for doing such a great job, UF&A! Great to finally stop in to buy something after seeing your commercials for at least a decade.

They also aren't a "salvage" store kr any sort-- 90% of what's there is new and imported from China and India. I was there today and walked in and the man at the desk greeted me. I need to preface this by saying I had an eye surgery recently and due to an immune disorder, the doctors don't want me within 6 feet of anyone as I could get sick and I have to wear sunglasses even indoors. The man greeted me and then I walked to the left and he said he could tell me about the specials and I said "thank you" and continued to walk as I couldn't get close and I was in pain in my eyes, ears, my whole head. He smarts off and says "well ok then" with a smart tone and a huff. Very childish. I walked around, saw how everything was mostly Chinese junk and left. I also took some photos of a few lamps and found them online NEW from the sites anyone can buy from for 60-80% less than this store has them listed at. Won't be back.
