Every time I give blood I go to this location for several reasons:…read more 1. I know it's extremely clean. I see them cleaning after each donor at each station. The staff wears gloves and masks 2. They are so nice from start to finish. I get so nervous giving blood and tend to pass out, which is quite embarrassing. But the staff here never makes me feel bad, they are very supportive and calming. If they aren't overly busy they will spend the whole time talking to you and making toy laugh so you're distracted. 3. I love their snack and drink selection for after you Give blood 4. I tend to go when they're giving away something and I love my growing collection of Hoxworth stuff! I will be going here again soon for their St. Patrick's day blood drive. Save a life! I filed a claim the same day of service (2 weeks ago) no return call or follow up. I called today and am being told I have to wait up to 5 business days. Why? I have already waited 10 business days for a follow up. This is the worst customer service I have had in a very long time.
