The clothing is better than much of what you would find at your local Goodwill and the prices are about the same. When o asked the day person in charge he stated that the out the flag up there so they could direct people to the bathrooms. Really! He said people were "Stupid and couldn't read"! Highly disappointed in Castaways! No one seemed to know who was in charge of the six church group that sponsored Castaways! Personally the display of the flag is disrespectful and unpatriotic! All Veterans should consider shopping somewhere else! Arrived at Castaways early Morning on July 2025. Our favorite place to look for great deals at at a reasonable cost for a worthy cause. The only complaint I have, as a Veteran, is the display of the U.S. Flag. The American Flag is displayed above and to the right of the Bathroom. Personally, I would consider that display to dishonor the flag and what it stands for. Perhaps the person who was told to put it up did not take into account what was underneath the Flag, an honest mistake!
