His hosting skills were on point as he made all the guests feel welcome and got them (and kept them) in the dancing mood! Plus, he kept us on schedule and made sure we got everything in that we wanted (the first dance, the daddy daughter dance, etc). Because he was so on top of everything, none of us had to worry about anything because we knew Shawn had us covered. He met with us beforehand to make sure the music was catered perfectly to our personalities and the theme of the reception. He used to be the Executive Chef at Theo's and then 601 Arota in town and still serves many of the dishes they served there (now its the only place you can get them), but he has also come up with a variety of cool new dishes along the way. If you have any special requests, he can make just about anything. I think he has had the reputation of being upscale and high-end but I've heard from lots of people that they can do reasonable packages for those on a budget as well. I've been to events where he's catered burgers and salads. His staff is great to work with and they're very conscious about making sure the event is just what you wanted.
