When they came out to take the quote he immediately put a few other less urgent jobs on hold to get the dangerous limb hanging over my house. They brought a crane and a sizeable crew - who were all very hard working - and courteous - to take care of the problem. A great family and crew and definitely their reputation proves it. Even in the way to my house they quickly sawed a few trees sticking out into the roadway to help everybody out on my lane. High integrity and Jenny was awesome and her son was too !! So far, so great. I was flying blind in need of a lawncare service in a city and a state where I…read moredo not live. In turns out, this was not as difficult as I thought it would be, given the AirBnB world we live in. However, I needed a trustworthy service not for occasional renters, but for elderly parents who look at their home and lawn and landscaping every day. After explaining my dilemma to owner Esteven, he made me and my folks a priority. After calling on 6 services, Artisan was the first to call back and showed empathy to what I needed to do. Where others said it'd be a week or 2 before they could visit the property to do their assessment, Esteven was there by week's end, and came back the very next day to mow, edge, trim and clean-up. My Dad watched with skepticism that anyone could do the job he does (did). They won a hearty 2-thumbs up from Dad. And my stress level has been lowered.

We heard lots of good things about Longstreet and decided to visit ourselves…read more We recently ordered a living room set from another store and have been waiting months for it to arrive. After multiple delays, we decided to see what other options were out there. Enter Longstreet Living. We were politely greeted several times by every employee that passed by. Every one made sure we were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a living room outfit we liked better than the one we ordered. The style, the fabric, the quality and the price, were all perfect. After waiting months for our previously ordered living room set, we thought this new set was worth asking a out . Our salesman understood our dilemma and was willing to sell us the display model to help our situation. Luckily enough there was a second set still boxed up in the back. We opted to have the furniture delivered the following week for a small additional fee. After completing the paperwork, we headed for home. Along the way we discussed what we needed to do to cancel the previous order from the chain store. We hadn't made it halfway home when we got a call from Longstreet. Our salesman wondered if we were heading straight home and offered to deliver the furniture today. He actually said he thought I might like to watch the game this weekend on my new couch, and wondered if we would be around for the delivery!! After waiting months for our previously ordered set, with no delivery in sight, this was a huge surprise. The way all the other stores were delaying deliveries, we never expected to have furniture for a while. Longstreet made new friends that day. I'm definitely going back for a bedroom outfit.
