One is old & kinda nasty to have used tire installed. Leaks from the bead... Super annoying, but why not clean up my wheel more for a better seal & charge me? That woulda been fine & understandable. But they let me leave to have this annoying problem..... Next I bring in my wife's 2 front decent shape wheels for new tires to be installed. I dropped them off so I can run errands for the day & pick them up later. The next day my wife calls me at work that she has a flat tire & her Challenger never sensed the tire pressure sensors (her model doesn't need to be "reset"). If that happened to my car that's one thing but damn to happen to my wife's car, that's fucked up. So I tell her to go to our old spot on arrow by Santa Fe dam. They tell her the valve stem was broken & the tire pressure sensor was missing!!!! Now it makes sense why the little guy put more air in one tire right before I left. Bc it wouldn't hold air! Crackheads here I come I guess. I really tried to support this shop as they're closest to me & they're a mom/pop shop but idk if I can go there anymore:(

There were about two other guys available to assist as well. They were very nice to answer my questions. I hoped they had the tire I needed and I was in luck. Joel got my tire changed and in the process he also checked the air on the rest of my tires. I've been at other tire shops and the price and value here are by far the best. I called the person days after I got my car from telling him that the problem was still happening, he tried to say it was my starter and wanted to charge me 460 to replace it , I fixed it with less than 180 dollars and it still was giving problems that it wasn't starting, he than tell me it's the relay wire and with the nerve to tell me to have my husband change it, mind you this was after he was supposed to fix it. My husband fixed it. The car still has the issue that he was supposed to fix. When I called him frustrated asking him for clarity in what he fixed because the car was still doing what I thought he had fix after 810 dollars this man didn't fix anything but the AC and put a wanna be new battery. Date: October 28, 2026…read more Situation: Need to patch a flat tire Experience: My husband called a head of time as we waited for AAA to switch out my flat tire for a spare tire at my place of work. We were lucky they picked up the phone, confirmed they close at 8:00PM, and could patch tires. We got there around 7:40PM and there were two other cars being serviced. We rolled up and one of the workers came up to us to ask what we needed help with. We showed him the tire and when he pulled out one of the nails embedded in the tire, it was a huge nail that did more damaged that it was better to replace the tire than patch it to avoid risk of it popping on us. He gave us a good deal on getting two tires and let us know that it was a cash only place and directed us to an ATM across the street at the liquor store since we were low on cash. We came back with the cash and the car was on tire lifts as they got to replacing two of my tires and rotating them around. Overall, a good experience and glad they were opened late and willing to work past their store hours so I didn't have to worry about taking time off work tomorrow to get this situation resolved.
