They are conveniently located directly outside the Canons Park Underground Station so that you can leave your car and use public transport. I had a fuel line repaired and new rears brakes, discs and calipers installed. Though with any auto repair it is never cheap I felt they were fair and honest with me. They did not try to overservice my car either, as it is now 14 years old. Finally, when I go home I realized the repair on the fuel line had not quite worked. While I was disappointed at the results, they responded without hassle when I took it back the next day. They fixed their mistake and it has worked properly since.

I approached Canons Park Motors, which told me that some of the work I had been quoted for was unnecessary and the job could be done in three days for £568. The staff could not have been more helpful and when I arrived to collect the car it looked good as new and was being given a free wash & vac. When I asked about charges for a full service and MOT, I was told it would probably cost no more than £270, including all materials and tax very different from the alleged £400 claimed by mhenry2010.

I know this sounds like I've pulled it straight off an advert, but they are very good and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else (except of course an authorised dealer but that comes with authorised dealer prices)!

An example was my car failed its MOT due to needing new tyres, I was quoted £140 for the new tyres. I was unable to do the work straight away as the locking wheel nut was lost, I ordered a new one which took 12 days to get to me.I called them to confirm the tyre price again they confirmed £140, (this was after paying £150.00 with them for the original MOT and an oil and windscreen wiper change). I took the car in to them to get the work done but was shocked to discover I was being charged for the MOT again and I also had to pay a further VAT and fitting price for the tyres. I asked the mechanic why when I asked the price was the VAT and fitting price not mentioned, I also asked why was I not told I would be charged again for an MOT after 10days, he could give me no answer. I have my own business and I know if you are not transparent with your customers they will go elsewhere. My household has three cars, I will be taking them elsewhere in the future. For a bog standard MOT they are ok but I wouldn't trust them with any more than that
