My first experience at this independent garage. Ercan repaired a W210 Mercedes E Class for me. Car presented first with failed wipers then various other things (no indicators/hazard lights, headlamp wash, dash buttons etc. fuses all OK). The garage is in a small industrial estate in a residential area, and Ercan's team seemed friendly and competent. A STAR diagnostic indicated a comms failure and a wiper stalk thought to blame (a conversation with a main dealer supported this as a first guess). Whilst a wiper stalk install is potentially DIYable (disable airbag, steering wheel off) I wanted this done properly and safely and with info only available via the diagnostic tools so gave Ercan the job and glad I did as the new stalk didn't solve anything (I watched the install the tech was quick and careful, the part brand new from Mercedes). My suspect SAM was then removed incredibly quickly and efficiently, a known good offered up and this sorted out everything but the wipers (a new motor was needed in the end). I was loaned a W124 on the house and picked up my car the next day. Rather than charge me for a secondhand SAM they had found a bad joint on the old one and sorted it out and installed a secondhand wiper motor to keep costs down. Rather than bill me for the wiper stalk installed in good faith they put my old one back, and didn't charge me for the new one. This garage is through and honest. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants their BMW or Mercedes repaired by a guy who knows what he's doing. read more

My car was worked on, on Wednesday the 19th and Thursday the 20th of June. On Tuesday the 18th of June, I thought that there was something wrong with my car, so I dropped by BMERC and asked for advice as they are always happy to help and advise you. As soon as I asked for help, they checked my car for me, made a diagnosis, gave me a quote to make the repair and arranged for me to bring the car in the following morning to be worked on. The next day was spent taking out, replacing and refitting the necessary part, plus running other checks on the car for me. While they were working on the car, they spotted another issue and advised me about it, explained what would need doing to sort it out and the following day when I returned to ask for this issue to be looked at, they quickly ordered the replacement part and fitted it in less than an hour. BMERC is, in my opinion, a very customer friendly garage. They explain everything that they are doing, are always happy to help and advise you and always welcome feedback. I would happily bring my car back to BMERC in the future and I shall recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues in the future, in fact I already have! Great job Ercan read more

Brought my sons BMW here for for a couple of years. He changed cars going for a nearly new C300 coupe still under warranty. When I changed to a BMW X6 I had a year left on warranty, so trusted the franchised dealer network. One visit was enough and I immediately changed back to Bmerc. Chalk and cheese. You are welcomed, you are valued and the prices are good. The real difference is attitude and customer care. This morning I opened my tailgate for the first time since my service earlier this week, I spotted a bottle of windscreen water. It was branded Bmerc and such a small thing but small enough to give you a flavour of what these guys are about, customers! I even called Paul to tell him how pleased I was at the gesture. A small bottle of branded product from a specialist! Unheard of. Both my sons have nearly new Mercs and you have probably gathered, this is where they will be looked after. I have used this garage for several years now, Ercan and his team are very helpful and always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently traded in my BMW car for a Mercedes van and they took a good look at it and gave it a test drive to ensure I had not been sold a pup. I found BMERC when I had to have some work done on my dads car whilst he was abroad and was very impressed, I had always used a main dealer but soon swapped and have used them ever since. As a female it is hard to find a garage where the staff do not talk to you like you are stupid and don't try to rip you off. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone. read more

They sorted my brakes and a CCV valve on my 330Ci. Looking at the forums, I had thought that the missing I'd had was down to a dodgy coil pack, and that it had just lost a few horses due to having 107k miles on it. Erkan said that it was actually likely to be the CCV valve and I should get the surrounding pipework done at the same time, so I took his advice, and of course, he was quite right. It now runs fantastically well, like a different car. I would go there again, and I've recommended them to my BMW owning friends. read more

I've never used another garage since discovering BMERC. The work carried out is always first rate, the pricing is honest and fair, and the rates are half the price of a dealership. The guys there are always polite and happy to see a returning customer, and they look after their garage. Last time I was collecting my car, chatting away with the business owner, it all suddenly made sense - he started out working in the service centre of a BMW dealership. I brought my recently aquired BMW 645 to Bmerc with the computer telling me the front brake pads needed replacing. Left it with the guys there and they found that all the pads were fine, it was the sensor telling me about the brake pads that needed replacing, for which they charged me very little. They dropped me at the station and picked me up again, were incredibly friendly and I will be using them again without a shadow of a doubt. read more
