Before I committed to work with him, I spoke to multiple references who used Marc on their projects. All said they had a wonderful experience, and have recommended Marc Coan Designs to their friends and neighbors. One person said they hosted an Oscar party just to show off their new kitchen to friends and neighbors. Marc did a fantastic job remodeling my last kitchen with custom cabinets. The granite countertops and the stained glass backsplash gave the kitchen a great look. I was so impressed with the kitchen remodel that I had Marc remodel both bathrooms. After doing a lot of research, we hired Mike and Alexa Knight of Lee Michael Homes. Compared to the massive high homes that the Knights have built their reputation on, our addition was relatively small and I believe they did me a favor by taking on such a small project. With that said, their attention to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none, and we received an addition that turned out nicer than we could imagine. While Mike manages the day to day construction details, Alexa is an interior design genius. The sub contractors were all professional and strived to make the project on the whole, a success. I plan on hiring the Knights again to revamp another area of our house and I highly recommend that you at least talk to them if you are contemplating an addition.

She came over with different contractors going twice our budget . We told Deborah (Cornerstone Interiors) that we would get our own contractors and (stated again ) we needed her to help decorate. We got our own contractors and also met our budget. Cornerstone interiors told us that we used all of the hours we paid her for (writing up paperwork ) for the contractors she brought over to the house. We tried to mediate with her on getting at least half of our monies paid to her back. In a three page letter to us - She told us she "should have charged us more ". Her texts to me were unprofessional - complaining of her personal life. We paid her for services which we NEVER received.
