I requested a refund, and she didn't offer any solution, simply yelled "you're not getting a refund, the owners will call you" over and over but I still haven't received a call so it must not be important to them. the way she treated us I won't be returning. The employees on the other hand, were very understanding and nice, I feel like they could've handled this situation better. Amanda will be the reason this business fails.

The booking process was super easy and I got a text confirmation the day before. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff who took time to introduce themselves to my little man and walked me through their plan for him that day. The intake process was pretty quick, going over vaccinations and temperament questions. I was pleased to see that Walter would get to spend the morning frolicking with the other doggos rather than chilling in a kennel. The staff let me know that they would keep him a little longer so that he could get acclimated to the sounds of the grooming stations before his actual treatment. I left knowing he was in good hands. A few hours later I got a call that Walter was ready to be picked up. They let me know that he was a little bit naughty (to be expected on a first grooming) but that all in all things went well and they thought he'd improve with future visits. The cut itself was not great but considering the limited success that I've had trying to groom this little wiggle monster myself, I think they did a pretty good job and that their work will improve with puppy's behavior. I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. The groomers at Dawgs N Whiskers always do an amazing job, despite having to deal with our two Australian Shepherds who tend to be skittish around strangers and other dogs. Our pups are not easy to groom, as they have a lot of undercoat that has to be brushed out and multiple areas that have to be trimmed. Even so, the groomers at Dawgs N Whiskers get it right every time. The girls come back looking (and smelling) like a million bucks, with silky soft fur. Highly recommend them if you have a pet in need of grooming.
