I also had them replace my carpet in my master bedroom two years ago. They were very professional - Cindy is great and Janey, the project manager, was always on top of the job. Four years later - my floors still look fantastic and my fireplace surround is gorgeous. My carpet is heavenly plush. I love putting my feet on the carpet first thing in the morning. I highly recommend them.
