Once I submitted the 1-star review, someone from Building Shelter Inc. called me on the phone, and without introducing herself or even asking if this is a good time for me to talk, tells me that she's responding to my request and asks me to tell her about my project (all this sounded with such a tone as if she was doing me a great favor). I then asked whether they're suddenly decided to contact me because of the 1-star review on Google. She abruptly says "Ok, thank you", and hangs up. How capricious. The impression I got -- these people are amateurish. They may have built a thing or two, but are not quite interested in new clients, and don't have a well-thought process.
