The floor is cheap and creaky and has tons of bugs coming out from the boards. A perk of the poorly done floors is you can hear each and every step your up stairs neighbor take.The water pressure is awful and the water is constantly either too cold or too hot. The water completely shut off in the apartment and it took the management 24hrs to even acknowledge it. (Took two days for it to be resolved).The hot water broke and it also took 24hrs for them to acknowledge it (it's still broken as I'm typing this). Good luck with any maintenance request. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total shit holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.

The kicker was when we moved out they charged us $1650 for "cleaning" and removing leftover items. The debris belonged to the home owner including doors, an a/c unit, etc. The worst part was they charged us for removal, and never actually removed anything (someone purchased the home shortly after we moved out, and we talked with them and confirmed that Madison did not clean or remove anything from the home, but still charged us). He will not even accept an additional deposit (I offered a full month's rent to ease his mind). I have impeccable rental history and have been paying over $1,000 for 2 years at my current complex but am looking to move so I don't have to pay $1,100. I will be posting reviews about the complex and management company any and everywhere I can to warn prospective renters that the man that "manages" the properties is only looking out for himself. There are other places you can call home, don't give this guy your business or money! Side note, the only reason my credit score is below the required 650 minimum is because I spent the first half of October in Europe (including the Seahawks game in London) and spent over $3,000 (that I'd saved for months) but my $1,006 rent and $450 car payment were paid on time and in full.

Also I was told the building was a secure building, which considering there are 8-9 air B and Bs in my building that have people in and out, porns being shot, parties being thrown, trash in the parking lot, drunks screaming in the parking lot all night, dogs pooping in the door way and being left. I am a single women living alone I don't need the crowd that comes threw these air b and bs having full access to my building, that's not secure, not to mention no cameras in building or parking lot. When people don't live here they don't respect it, and the air b and be are a huge problems. It's absolute chaos and unexceptable when tenants pay what they do for what they do. I am counting down days to be out of this apartment and w a better management company! Not to mention most these good reviews are from thier own employees, most likely forced upon hire.
