They were late and arrived 30 minutes after the timing window. The cleaning was rushed and was not a deep clean at all. Found multiple instances throughout the house of remaining dust and grime that was left (I kept finding more and more days later). They basically just ran around with a duster and vacuum doing surface level dusting and poor vacuuming with no attention to detail. Corners of the floor had visible amounts of dust, surfaces were still dirty. I complained, and they offered to send someone back to re clean those areas, but I am not interested in working with them and having them be late again and to have to micro manage them, so I asked for a refund. They gave me back $50 which was like 10% of what I paid. Not satisfied with this service. I just feel completely ripped off. This experience was so bad it has made me paranoid to hire anyone in the future. Imagine paying $500 for someone to clean worse than a middle schooler. I thought I could trust reviews but apparently the system is broken.

The first day they asked for an extension, I said "sure, sorry, I didn't realize my house was that bad" the cleaner responded "oh no, it's not the house" with giggles in the background. They came back in the morning and "finished." I went to look it over, they missed a few things, so i called, they kindly came back again. Again. A few things were missed. Things that were said to be done from their website. So I called again. One more time they came out, they got 95% of the house clean. Ill give credit for that. But it took 4 times. They were kind enough to take off a small discount for the trouble, and like I said, they got most of it done. Main reason for my 1 star review is the quote above, said to me on my last call to cancel service. That certainly is not the kind of work ethic I'd hire again. Just cause you wouldn't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I am paying for a service from your site, I expect it to be done.
