I am a woman in my 50's, and was nervous and scared to be in this situation over 100 miles from home. The two attendants on duty stayed with me for over an hour and a half until a tow truck arrived to change my tire. They waited until they saw me leave, even though it was almost midnight. The employee was friendly and she explained the different deals that the store was offering which she didn't have to do. Twice I've experienced a leaking drip where the hose meets the nozzle, meaning I'm dripping pollution (hello Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources) onto the ground as well as my money. They are also using water instead of washer fluid in the squeegee buckets, so if you try to clean your windows in freezing weather, you pull a chunk of ice on a stick from the bucket. You can forget about actually cleaning your windows in winter. Not a lot of traffic here. I can't see the place lasting long with these deficiencies.
