The kids had a hard time with the menu because it shows the names in Italian, but the description is in English and easy to understand. The food is still good, the ambiance nice for a date night where you might want privacy, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was also pleased that the waiter was able to suggest a wine like they do in fancy movies. I love wine but always forget the names of the ones I like most. We will definitely be coming back here again.

That's honestly why this visit was such a disappointment. The new building itself is beautiful, and the ambiance isn't bad at all, but the food was a complete mess. Almost everything came out cold, lacked flavor, or just wasn't prepared properly. We ordered mac & cheese fries, carne asada fries, fried pickles, sandwiches, and drinks -- and every single one of us had something to complain about, which is rare for our group because we usually don't complain. The mac & cheese fries especially were rough. The macaroni wasn't even mixed together -- it felt like plain noodles thrown on fries with cheese dumped on top. Way too much pepper and almost no actual flavor. The guacamole was so sour it made one of the kids unable to eat his food, and he's the type of kid who eats basically everything. For the amount of time we waited (around 45 minutes), we expected the food to at least come out hot and worth the price, but unfortunately it just wasn't. The free chips and salsa while waiting was a nice gesture, but one tiny portion for five kids and three adults didn't really help much. The girls working there were sweet, but overall the service felt disconnected. Two cups of water got spilled and no one noticed or offered help. Toward the end of the meal they told us the arcade games in the back were free, which was nice, but by then the kids had already played because the food took so long. The fancy robots and tech are cool, but they don't make up for the lack of care going into the food. I truly hope this is just a rough start or growing pains because the food truck has set such a high standard. It was at this restaurant that my Dr office and I have never ordered at before. My pickup time was scheduled for 11:15 AM, and I arrived at 11:00 AM--just 15 minutes early. My order was already prepared and sitting on the counter when I walked in. Instead of simply handing me my order, the employee (curly hair man with belly) working the counter immediately told me I was "an hour early" in a condescending manner. I politely explained that I was only 15 minutes early, which he later acknowledged. He then said to me "Who wakes up at 5 in the morning." He then began talking about a supposed message sent at "5:00 AM," implying I had somehow inconvenienced him. I explained that I had never contacted him. I later confirmed with EZ Cater that the communication was sent through their 24-hour support system--not from me to the restaurant--and it was sent around 6:00 AM through their platform. EZ Cater also confirmed that restaurants choose when to review those notifications. EZ Cater confirmed the restaurants weren't called and are only sent a message. The confusing part was that my order had been ready the entire time, yet instead of simply giving it to me, the employee prolonged an unnecessary and uncomfortable conversation. When I took the food to my car myself, he asked if the vehicle outside was mine. I declined assistance and said I would carry everything myself. I did not want him anywhere near myself or my vehicle alone. He has a slimy and sleezy demeanor and lacks class. I returned for the final bag, he held onto it with his arms near his body covering it, refusing to give it to me, while continuing to talk me. I finally had to take it myself. The interaction made me feel completely uncomfortable. He then referenced a previous "switch" we had supposedly done together. I had no idea what he was talking about because I didn't even personally place this catering order and had never spoken with him before.None of us have dealt with this restaurant before. Because of the experience, I contacted EZ Cater to file a formal complaint. They confirmed the communication history and understood my concerns. I also spoke with the medical office I ordered for, and they told me this was their first and last order from this restaurant. My experience with this employee is his disregard for customer service that leaves customers feeling uncomfortable and unfairly criticized. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should feel this way when simply picking up a prepaid order. Regarding the food, I personally thought the fries weren't bad, but I like soggy, greasy, soft and not crispy fries. Unfortunately, due to the service and the food the Office was not impressed. He also made two errors in the order, including leaving out a garlic fry that was ordered and just having a plain fry. He also substituted a drink without permission. If the food was good I would work with someone else there, but it just wasn't worth it. The falafels were dry and uneventful.
