My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.

I believe tjey do it every year and the santa is a "real" santa if you get my drift. My kids enjoyed every second of it and made the waiting time seem way shorter and fun. This was by far the worst medical experience of my lifetime. I was attempting to change doctors…read moredue to an insurance change and Dr. Anderson had a five star rating with the insurance carrier. First, I took the time to have my prior doctor send all my records as I was hospitalize for a serious medical condition 6-mths prior. When I got there the place was a complete dump. All the chairs had duct tape their was trash on the floor in the lobby, the office all around was like a horders house. The scale that had was something you find at Walmart for $4.99. If that wasn't bad enough, I get in the room and asked if they had my records (knowing I had confirmed they were sent) and the nurses response was, "I have no idea". So she leaves without taking any vitals asking any questions and just said the doctor will be in in a bit. I hear them talking and one of the other workers said, "check the stack of papers in the back". After 30 mins I listen to them call my prior doctor trying to get their hands on the records. The doctor then comes in with a stack of paper in his hands. As I begin taking to him, I realize he didn't bother to even look at them. Continuing to be patient and discussing my medical history, since he couldnt be bothered to read them, he then slumps down on the chair, put his hand on his forehead and starts moving his hand signaling me to lower my voice and "clam down a bit". Like someone with a major hangover. After not bother to to check any vitals again, he write me the prescription I needed for blood pressure and tells me to come back in 6 mths. I probably could have told him to write me a prescription for any kinds of medicine and he would have done it. Never once did he look at the fax copy of my records. Oh...and of course the dosage was incorrect and the pharmacy had to get it corrected .I had a bad feeling when I walked in. If someone doesn't care about the environment they work in, they surely aren't going to care about anything else.i wish their was a negative rating. This place need to be completely shut down. Must be a health code violation.

Bad for us, but good because they are 3 miles away from the house. I think you get better homeowners insurance if you ask! Great staff at both locations. I've been for several issues this past year and if it was too much for urgent care- they immediately get you over to the ER and send the paperwork with you. You have the normal forms but since I'm in the NG.NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean- since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don't look like they don't want to be there. The Doc I saw here today 1/26 was a specialist and got me in and out with the right diagnosis and on my way to pain free!! Glad to have one nearby.

But she was fishing in my veins, which is not allowed that is not a good thing to do. That is very bad. Not sanitary at all. I'm not even a nurse, but I was in nursing school and even I know not to do something like that. So why is a professional doing something that's discouraged. She did it on both arms before going to get the doctor. She could tell I was traumatized because I was sobbing, shaking and hyperventilating. When the doctor came in I said I want to go home I'm not doing any more of this. NOT TO MENTION she literally said "no one's veins are working today" I think there's a common denominator and that common denominator is her. I tried to add photos but apparently blood isn't allowed on here. Yes. Blood was dripping down my arm. But no blood in the vials! She needs to be fired immediately.

I had a…read morecouple ongoing issues from running, and didn't have a Primary Care Physician that I see, mainly because I've been pretty healthy all my life due to my exercise regimen. I wasn't sure what to expect and was very nervous, as doctor visits always give me anxiety. The medical center wasn't hard to find at all, and parking was convenient. It's a hop and skip from 400, near the Cumming exit (14 I believe), and easy access to Market Blvd. I actually ended up going to Dick's since I was early for my appointment, and there is a ton of food options and shopping up this way to pass time. I went into the facility and took the elevator to the 2nd floor. The office was on the corner, and wasn't too hard to find. I filled out the paperwork, and waited to be seen. The staff did a great job with their service, and directing me where to go and what to do. The bathroom had a convenient window in it for urine/stool samples. The MA came in and did my blood pressure and family history, and personal history, and I went over my issues with her. Afetr that, it didn't take too long to be seen by Dr. De. Dr. De was very professional and nice. She went over all my issues, did a quick physical and also addressed a minor issue I was having due to shaving. I really liked her approach and how easy she was to talk to regarding everything that was bothering me. She referred me to two specialists, and then prescribed me something for my minor shaving issue (ingrown hairs suck). She also said if the prescription was too much, let her know and she would adjust. She also caught my high blood pressure, and wanted me to come back in a week to have it checked out again. I then saw one of the MA's to have blood drawn (I HATE needles), and she did a wonderful job easing my tension. Overall, a great visit and would certainly recommend Dr. De to anybody else seeking a Primary Care Physician.

We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not.
