Long story short he put some pretty ghetto wooden 2x4's to get my car up on his trailer. And when the car arrived at the destination he admitted that he would take responsibility for it and that he'd not only give take 50 off but he'd also pay for half of the damages. The day finally came and the car was fixed, I took it to a body shop they quoted me 450 bucks. I told him the price and after giving me the run around and calling him multiple times he now claims that I supposedly did it myself and "to go f*ck yourself" he refused to pay for damages. We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation.
